I happen to love your food and i decided to take my BK crown onto an aircraft. There was an annoying booger on the plane so i decided to speak my mind and i got removed from the plane and now i am a world wide meme. Horrible customer service. Idk if English is a foreign language here or selective hearing is what it is but I ordered TWO WHOPPERS WITH CHEESE, ONE CHEESEBURGER, TWO GHOST PEPPER FRIES TWO DRINKS. What I got instead was: TWO REGULAR FRIES, ONE WHOPPER WITH CHEESE, ONE CHEESEBURGER, TWO GHOST PERPPER CHICKEN FRIES, TWO DRINKS. How do you hear TWO FRIES and NOT TWO WHOPPERS WITH CHEESE. CAN SOMEONE EXPLAIN THIS TO ME. NO! I did not go back because I live 20 mins away from this location and was omw home from work. This location is horrible. Highly do NOT recommend. Avoid if possible.

The staff is so horrible me and my family were enjoying a meal and we had found a hair in the burger and we had told them about it and one of the staff said that it was probably my sister hair because her hair was down and tangled because she had been sleeping, please train the staff to NEVER said anything and blame the customers for some mistake they had done

Cashiers were new and weren't trained properly but then again it's Bk and it was my boyfriend's experience.
They decided to not include bacon in my Bacon King and charged me for onions, but didn’t put any onions. I ordered onion rings, but there was no option to include ketchup. Employees with common sense would have included a couple of packets, but there were obviously none inside of my bag.

I ordered ranch with my order none came . I ordered medium fries they gave me small then charged me for medium. Grub hub never updated to show me where he was. Food was cold.

I usually do mobile orders and pick the food up and it's always done right. I had one instance where I ordered but they closed the restaurant early and had to get my food refunded. Besides that one time it's usually good.
