“Try the croque madame! It makes for a delicious and decadent lunch and comes with a good side salad. They also have a tasty cheesecake. The coffee/drinks are just OK for me and the hot chocolate was disappointing - definitely skip. Good almond croissant and chocolate croissants as well. Service is friendly although tables are not cleaned in a timely manner. This is a nice spot to have in Redwood City and has potential to be great with improved beverages/cleanliness.“
“Our experience here was wonderful! Excellent food, the most delicious and addictive bread service, and amazing service. The waiters and bus boys were very kind and accommodating. This is the type of service I expect from restaurants, that I don’t see often in the Bay Area, but this was a great experience and we will be back! Special thanks to Will, he was great.“
“This is a pretty good sandwich shop but goodness every time we come here it's EXTREMELY SLOW! You can wait upwards of 30+ minutes for sandwiches. We even went at what I thought was an off hour (around 2pm on a Sunday) and we still waited 20-30 minutes for two sandwiches.I did enjoy my sandwich last time though - turkey, lettuce, tomato, mayo on Dutch crunch bread. Bread didn't cut up my mouth or break my teeth (a problem I've had with some other Dutch crunch bread at some places)... ingredients tasted fresh and overall sure I'd come back but not if I'm in a hurry.“
“Pretty good place for a beer and a burger. I had the burger panini and side salad and I highly recommend the side salad if you are tired of fries. Service for us was good and the food met expectations. I had the bread pudding for desert and it was pretty good.“
“1501 Woodside Rd, Redwood City, CA 94061 "Corner Yogurt" is nice little fro-yo shop on Woodside Rd, across from Woodside Plaza. It has a colorful decor, with no seating inside. The tables are outside on the sidewalk. The shop has five machines that offer ten of the typical flavors, plus twist combos. Corner Yogurt is a self service fro-yo system. You grab a cup, dispense the frozen yogurt, add toppings if you want, weigh it, and pay. Okay, price per ounce at this location was $0.76/oz on Nov 29, '23. (The cup credit is $0.30) I've been reviewing fro-yo places for over a month now, and $0.76/oz is a little high. But how was the frozen yogurt? My fro-yo selections were Mango, Strawberry, and Choco/Vanilla Twist. The fruity flavors were sweet, dense, with a little icy bite. The Choco/Vanilla wasn't as sweet, and had a slight chalky after taste. This shop is located on the corner of Woodside Rd & Beresford Ave. There's a small parking lot in the back, but I found parking along the curb on Beresford Ave. Would I come back? Yes, if I'm in the area.“
“I brought a friend down to Stanford for a procedure and we had planned to go to a different place for dinner, and discovered Seoul Kitchen by accident. I am so happy that we did as the food and service was amazing. You order your plate like how you order a poke bowl, you pick your base, then your protein, and then three sides (banchans). I ordered the toasted rice (base) which is prepared with carrot, potato, zucchini, green onion, and sesame oil (and was absolutely amazing). Then I ordered the Korean Bulgogi Beef (protein), which I received a generous amount, and it was absolutely delicious. The three banchans (sides), that I chose were kimchi, cucumbers, and seaweed salad. They were all flavorful and incredible. My friend ordered the: toasted rice (base), BBQ Chicken (protein), with carrots, potatoes, and mushrooms, and it was incredible as well. I tried their glass noodles which you can get as a base, and it was amazing as well. I wish that I had ordered a side of it. The servings were extremely generous and the lady behind the counter was extremely friendly, helpful, and efficient. The inside was clean and spacious. The parking can be tricky, but that is not the fault of the business just their location. I can't wait to take my friend back to Stanford for her next appointment, so that we can visit this place again.“

“The staff was friendly and we were promptly seated. There is a dedicated gluten free menu. I ordered the veggie tacos. I did order a side of bacon that never came out but it wasn’t a big deal for me. They get busy after 11:30AM. I’d definitely go back for a GF waffle!“

I’ve been their avid customer since the days of when they used to own a bigger lot down the road during my high school years.
