This place is the best. The tamales are fresh, plump, light, and savory. They fill you up with out weighing you down, no lard. I really love the spinach with cheese, and Pineapple tamales. The jimacia is refreshing too. Tasty eats that don't break the bank. Happiness ?
Went the day before Christmas Eve, super long lines so that made me think that these tamales had to be great. After almost an hour waiting in line we finally got our order to go. Best tamales ever. A family friend introduced this place to my mom and she told me about it. They had an amazing assortment of tamales and what I have tried are really good. There are some tables to eat there, they seem to have quite a bit of take out orders. They also have rice and beans should you want a complete meal. I plan to spread the word about the Tamale House.
