Food was great. But my ordering was difficult, the milkshake was not properly mix or enough toppings, and my coney dog was put into a bag standing up. All of the chili went everywhere.3/31/24 - coney dog was dry, food took 20 min, and my drink order was very wrong. Not sure what is happening with Sonic but this is the 4th bad experience I have had this year. Don't think I will come back to the San Bernardino County locations.

The hot fudge sundae in the picture looks nothing like the hot fudge sundae I received. There barely was any on the bottom of the cup and that's it. I'll never order that again. A waste of money and time waiting in the drive thru.

Was waiting out in the car for more than 45 mins for our meal. This is the 2nd time we visit with the same results.I went in to see if they forgot about us and I could hear the noise employees in the back laughing and I rang the bell. Then had to wait 5 more mins for someone to come out and I told him we’ve been waiting in the stall for a while and he said sorry, and brought out our food. He walked it to the car and when we asked for ketchup or ranch he said he would have to go back inside to get it. Then just stood there until we said, okay…I guess it’s fine. He said, “cool.” And left.

Ordered a chili dog… the WORSE hotdog ever! The cheese and chili got stuck on the bag they place the dog in. I asked if I could have a little chili and cheese cz there was nothing on top of the hotdog or bun.They hesitated but gave me cold chili and unmelted cheese ??? gross!!! from that point on I just gave up! Never again so don’t waste your time this place sucks!! Unless you like MICROWAVED food :( so pls just drive up one more mile to IN & OUT!!!

Their strawberry lime slush is the best! I've tried other sonics and this location knows how to make it right! Also their ice tasted clean unlike other locations where the ice tasted like tap.

During my visit to sonic earlier today I decided to take the drive through. I was shocked at how fast the employee was in taking my order, helping me with any questions I had about the menu, and repeating my order back to me in a clear and timely manner. When I pulled up to the window, she was very polite and attentive to my experience. I asked her what her name was so I could write a Yelp review for her and she told me it was Anne. Sonic needs more employees like Anne!!! Good work keep it up Anne!!!!

This was my 3rd visit. Each time I was disappointed, but " gave it another chance" ordering a different item each time. Food is highly processed mostly tasteless and sloppily prepared. Never again.
