If you're looking for somewhere to study when all the local coffee shops are closed, come here! There's wifi and it's spacious. If you're hungry and craving boba, I wouldn't recommend this place. Came on a slow Wednesday night around 7pm and everything came out really sad and bad :( - boba was soft and mushy-tasting - the "popcorn chicken" was unseasoned, looked like small chicken nuggets, tasted like they were just frozen, didn't give that many and just did not taste good - the waffle was burnt but also soggy and made with no care, uneven made waffle - spam musubi was burnt and super tiny, definitely not worth the price & might as well go to L&L; they tried giving me another one but it was still burnt Service was very very slow (~30 mins for order with no line) and they didn't call out that the food was ready so who knows how long it was actually sitting out there getting cold without us knowing. At least they have a pull up bar and a good playlist while waiting!

Ok so I walked in to a chaos , so loud so much high school students being loud which is ok I guess because they can’t stop it but in some cases the students did to much anyways waited 23 minutes for my order which the bobba was very disappointing and so was the popcorn chicken but in between that order like 5 orders behind me got there’s first. Very very disappointing, I came at order was made around 1:45-150 pm today

Good, reliable boba place.I come here every once in a while with my friends or after school as it very close to both De Anza high and my bus stop.Good boba, although it tends to run on the sweet side.Great fries, one order is a relatively large box and the fries are DELICIOUS! I personally like crunchy, thick fries and they are just that. Highly recommend them.My personal drink recommendations:For the sugar lover: Tiramisu milk tea, tastes like a milkshake, absolutely deliciousFloral...tastes?: Rose milk tea. Very sweet, tastes like rose water and is reminiscent of rose perfume in the best way possible.Wheelchair accessibility: Relatively wheelchair accessible. Narrow entrance that might make it difficult, and narrow sidewalk leading up. Parking lot is always very crowded.

YES THEY DOOO HAVE TAIWANESE POPCORN CHICKEN. I feel like I needed to emphasize that, but it's very crispy- there's nothing more I hate then some soggy popcorn chicken. The owner is also extremely nice and was able to take my order over the phone. The AMBIENCE is also really family friendly and there was a family playing board games when I walked in so go here :)

I love supporting this local business in my neighborhood. Not only do I enjoy their drinks, but also their food. I have to order the fried tofu nearly every time I visit. Yum!!! Recently they have added banh mi and other food items, which are very reasonably priced and tasty. Tea and boba drinks are consistent and delicious.

Came back for more Three Hero's milk tea, but this time I got the snacks! I got the tofu, fish balls with roe and fried chicken wings. The flavor of the fish roe balls was really good, I liked the fish balls with the saltiness of the roe. The only down side was the portion of the fish balls which came with only 5, maybe because it was the kinda late I'm guessing? The fried chicken and with 4 big chunky pieces of crispy seasoned wings which I enjoyed. The the fried tofu was lightly fried and came with a sweetish soy sauce dipping sauce. Another drink not pictured was the unsweetened chocolate milk tea which my guy likes. I ordered through Yelp which I wouldn't recommend because the price costs more but it makes sense for their service fee. I wouldn't mind ordering in person for a cheaper price, but now I know lol.

Small and quaint. Ordered a rose milk tea Boba. It was poorly made and overwhelmingly concentrated with rose flavoring. I have called a dozen times and either can't get through or placed on hold indefinitely. Not sure if I'll be back. There are competitors in the area that are better.

My daughter just opened up her boba cup to eat the lychee jelly and pulled this metal piece out of it. Scary. Not worth the convenience of location

Loved this place when they first opened up. Drinks were always consistent and boba and other toppings were great. Lately I find that the drinks always come out different. Either too sweet or too bland. Boba is extremely chewy and has no flavor. Prices are pretty good however compared to most places and has a pretty good variety.

I was really glad to see a flourishing boba business in El Sobrante, however, quality and service has gone down ten-fold. Drinks are made in a rush and employees tend to be rude and close much earlier than needed. Chairs go up on tables and employee starts to mop hours before closing. I hope this business addresses these issues before it gets worse!
