So I picked up dinner the other night for my family. I almost didn't come because of the bad reviews!! I chose to go in the restaurant to see if it was clean because other reviews mentioned how filthy the restaurant was. I went in and was greeted by an employee named Alyssa . She was very friendly. I bought a $30 chicken meal, waited outside for over a half hour! Finally got my order drove home & realized they had given me someone else 's order! I called talked to manager & He was very good about all of it & said He would send us a postcard to make up for it! Well we never got our postcard so we went their yesterday & He remembered me & made up for all of it! Big shout out to Riverbanks KFC? they have a good manager!
