JBOX # 3581 Riverside - Men's room was dirty and the hand dryer is broken 01/05/24.Slow unfriendly service, Crystal took my order.I order a # 24 and the eggs where fried to say the least, i threw about half away.Sticky floors and the tables had a dirty towel film.
Today 01/09/22 at 12:57 walked in and the place was so clean and so welcoming by staff super friendly and polite not rude like so many others I go to ... Definitely a surprise and a good one at that ... We decided to dine in ... Service was impeccable... Restroom cleans and fresh ... Great experience...Kid-friendliness: Staff was kind and interacted with my 4 year old taking her order directly from her she felt so seen ...

There is a lack of staff in front to serve customers because sometimes it's hard to see customers get angry waiting and they better get away and I also use up my time waiting although there is a person taking orders in the drive truck no matter how fast he rushes enough and no one helps him.
