As a former mystery shopper, I would have given 10's in all categories. Acknowledgement, greeting, eye contact, listening, customer service friendly voice, resolved my issues of never being here and was very patient to answer my many questions. So many suggestions were made with kindness. It was apparent this is their normal way of business. The customers were smiling as they came in. The 2 women worked as a team. every time I get smoothies from this location they taste like water. I buy at least 3 at a time for family and they say the same. I frequent juice it up about 3x a week. this location near my home or the one on university or the one in Perris. the day st location always taste like sweet water. I wrote a review today because the cashier wasn't very friendly. I won't be back to this location.
