For once, it wasn't to crazy packed with people or a long line and employees seemed to know what they were doing. Thank youKid-friendliness: Well it's kid friendly for about 10 minutes, then that's it, they don't want to wait any longer and that's when kid friendly is out the door.

This little Caesars sucks I've tried twice now I order through the app and it always takes 20 minutes longer than expected and food is always wrong. Always very busy staff is overwhelmed and doesn't seem to care. I don't recommend it.

Ordered 3 deep dish pizzas 1 made just fine. The other two were made incorrectly (Standard off the menu items, no added toppings to be confused or substituted), and had to wait 30 more minutes to correct. One pizza is cold and 2 just fine. They were not heavily busy, and only one or two customers were waiting for pizzas coming out. Playful banter between the employees didn't help the extra waiting time . Customer service was just not there.

Came for 1 pizza. Got a 30 min timeframe but it took over an hour to have the order ready. A bunch of angry customers waiting and when they would ask how long all they got is not ready. This store needs a manager, just looking at how its operated if there is a manage on-site he/she is useless.
Please don't go here! AVOID IF POSSIBLE!!!! bad customer service. Waited over 40 mins for my order and cashier girl or wanna be acting like a manager was rude and disrespectful to me and other customers for simply asking for their refund because food was taking so long and customers were tired of waiting.

Ordered online. There was a bit of a wait cuz they weren't doing the Pizza Porthole thing, so had to wait maybe 5-10min.Pizza was hot n ready tho and pretty good also.
