Ordered 3 deep dish pizzas 1 made just fine. The other two were made incorrectly (Standard off the menu items, no added toppings to be confused or substituted), and had to wait 30 more minutes to correct. One pizza is cold and 2 just fine. They were not heavily busy, and only one or two customers were waiting for pizzas coming out. Playful banter between the employees didn't help the extra waiting time . Customer service was just not there.
I want to thank the Little Caesar's organization and this particular store for honoring Veterans on Veteran's Day with a free Lunch Combo. I come here about4 to 5 times a month usually with some type of deal and have always been treated well. The young staff here is warm and welcoming. And the food is never a
