I have been a patron of this Fredos for the past one or two years, and I must commend the consistently excellent quality of their food. In contrast to the credit card thin sliver of cheese typically encountered in quesadillas at other venues, the quesadillas at Fredos boast proportions akin to a dinner plate, and the generous serving of cheese alone is substantial enough to qualify as a standalone entrée. I got Carne Asada nachos tonight and all of my meat was crunchy so disappointed that's exactly why I go to the los fredos on magnolia I really only come here for their breakfast

There's no way I'm coming back here because the cooks don't know how to make enchiladas. I ordered 2 cheese enchiladas with rice and beans. The enchiladas were not melted.
