I might be biased but even before I started working here all the baristas were super nice to me and were always super considerate. Seriously they are like mega talented and it's a great place to work. I am also addicted to chai.
Fast and friendly: when the app did not work appropriately they helps explain the refund process and made sure I was taken care of.The drinks are as spot on as their other locations.

They are always out of stuff. My drink is usually wrong. You have to ask for sleeves on very hot drinks. Ran out of key ingredients a few times. I hate when I have to go to this location.
