This Starbucks is the worst. They don't follow Starbucks policy in regard to refills. I tried to explain to them how refills generally work at Starbucks. They refused to give me a refill. I told them that I would call customer service to clarify how refills work. They said well if you call customer service we are not going to make you a refill. They started to racially discriminate and stereotype me by calling me aggressive and refusing to service me for trying to explain to how refills have worked in the past. The woman told me that she didn't like my tone and told me that I was aggressive. This type of verbiage was very threatening and made me feel very uncomfortable in the store. When workers make comments like that they tend to call the police and people ended up being killed or hurt. I didn't yell or say anything rude to the workers, but I guess if you are a black women trying to explain something if people don't like what you are saying or if they don't agree with you they resort to racially stereotyping and name calling. While in the store, I ended up calling Starbucks customer service and explained to them what happened. Customer Service was trying to get to give as much information about the workers and what happened. So I walked up to the mobile pick up area to ask the workers their names. The workers didn't wear name badges and refused to give me their names. Customer service ended up giving me a credit in my Starbucks account as a courtesy for the traumatizing experience I endured. The experience I had because of the workers at this Starbucks is extremely unacceptable. When will people learn to work through issues without being offensive or racially discriminating against customers?

I dropped by this Starbucks because it was the closest location to where I was visiting. It is inside a target store in the Moreno Valley/East Riverside area. The line had 3 people in front of me. After 7 minutes, the line still had 3 people in front of me. I was unable to wait much longer, so I chose to leave. They looked understaffed, the tables were messy and the line wasn't moving.

They don't have a public restroom off a major highway. The staff was great but if you serve food and drinks you should really have a restroom. The Wendy's AM/PM has a restroom.

I was confused how this Starbucks had a 2 star review, and then I learned. Waited in line about 10 minutes to make an order. While waiting, we were all told that they couldnt make frappachinos or lattes... So i tried to order a mocha, and was patronizingly told "that has espresso, i told you we cant make espresso".I said "you told us no lattes, not espresso".She said "lattes HAVE espresso".And at this point I was so confused at how stupid she is, that I coudnt say anything. She wasnt only stupid, she was very rude about it.Hey little girl, this can be a learning experience for you. You wont have to work at Starbucks your whole life. But something tells me you will be. Def not joining mensa anytime soon. X)

This Starbucks is always understaffed, out of stock, or having to close early. But the staff are always accommodating and kind even with 20 people in front and behind me in line

This Starbucks I never understand how they are constantly out of everything I've gone twice this week only to be disappointed first they gave me the wrong straw then it's their out of cake pops but will restock then another time I get a bendy straw and they're out of all desserts I've never had an issue with Starbucks but how is a business constantly out of almost everything especially something as simple as a straw.

Worst Starbucks wait ever ! If you're looking for somewhere to fall asleep in and be relaxed visit this location ! Waited almost 30 minutes to even order, Good luck.

Very disappointed in the barista that was taking orders, an older lady, I couldn't even order what I wanted to properly because she kept on walking away. Not only was her attitude towards me dry but to all the rest of the customers that ordered after me. I won't be going to that Starbucks anymore
