What happened to this staff?This used to be a pretty good Starbucks. The old crew that was there for 2 years had been moved out and this crew is here. I said to one of the staff that my tea was made wrong, her response was just "I'm sure it was made right" . It was a tea with no water and classic syrup. When I can visually see that it is watered down and a long time customer, maybe you should listen!!If a coffee employee is do sure that they are all correct, why even train them....read full review
I always come to get drinks here; I always order iced coffees. Sometimes it takes a long wait and the baristas are very nice and sympathetic. There is one that is not very nice or friendly, her name tag read Linda. She always seems to have a sour attitude and doesn't look happy to be at work. She looks to be a hard worker which is good but her customer service is horrible. This past Friday, I came to order a drink and got cash back. I dropped by this Starbucks because it was the closest location to where I was visiting. It is inside a target store in the Moreno Valley/East Riverside area. The line had 3 people in front of me. After 7 minutes, the line still had 3 people in front of me. I was unable to wait much longer, so I chose to leave. They looked understaffed, the tables were messy and the line wasn't moving.
