Have you ever hit the bullseye with a dart? That's how I felt after todays visit. It's been a while since I've had this experience at this location so I had to come and give a shout out to all the busy workers today. Keep up the consistency and good work! They were hustling and getting those freshly baked golden twisted pillows out to all the smiling faces lined up. The original pretzel I had was fresh out of the oven. The buttery lightly crisped golden exterior encompassed that soft pull apart and chewy interior. When I thought it couldn't get any better oh yes it gets dipped in that warm cheesy sauce.

It seems to be a toss up whether you get a good one or not. Obviously a fresh one would be the best case scenario but perhaps you’d just have to get the timing lucky. The first time I had never tried a pretze place like this before and I tried the jalapeño pepperoni one and it was FANTASTIC. The second time I visited I got another one which was clearly older and had been in the warmer too long. But for a place like this I think it’s about what you’d expect. Unfortunately I can’t justify the prices, but perhaps that’s just 2023 for you. Use the rewards app, you get bonuses and stuff!

The pretzels from Wetzel are always consistently good. They are soft, fresh and flavorful. The price for pretzels have gone off the wall, but their rewards program really cuts the cost. Pro Tip: Download their app and you automatically get a free pretzel. The Jalapeno cheese is the best, hands down! It has a little kick to it, but not spicy. You can never go wrong with their original pretzel w/ salt. Their pizza one is very good too!

Perhaps because it was a little over an hour before closing, I happened to get the last plain pretzel, and maybe it had been sitting out for a while but it was pretty hard. Hoping next time it will be softer. Service: 5 stars. The female employee was very nice and sprinkled extra cinnamon/sugar at my request (since my kids are picky and I don't want to be left with just plain dough pieces for they would if some parts lacked flavor). Download their app, get a freebie pretzel! Location: Inside Tyler mall, I parked near Red Robin/ Macy's entrance. You can also park at the back side of the mall that entrance near Macy's. Second floor.

Worst Pretzels ever! I went the the Tyler Mall with my daughters March 24, 2022. At around 4pm my girls were hungry. I bought them both Wetzel Pretzels - the pretzel pieces in the white bags. One daughter had the cinnamon ones. My other daughter had the salted ones. A very small woman with dark hair gave us the pretzels. Two pretzel pieces bags and one drink of Blueberry Lemonade cost me $20.19 The pretzels were so greasy that the bags were soaked with oil. The pretzel pieces were oily too. I was horrified but my daughters were very hungry so the pretzels were quickly devoured. Then they both told me they had a stomach ache! I wanted to complain, but the small girl who was alone in the shop was not very friendly and she was busy with other customers. Besides my girls were afraid to let me complain! They felt she'd get angry. They are 10 years old. I've purchased pretzels from that shop before a few years ago and the pretzels were not at all oily. The girl who sold us the pretzels must have known they were that oily because the white bag she put the smaller bags of pretzels in had a huge oil stain on her side of it! We won't go there again and I will complain. I just didn't want to complain in front of my little girls.

Felt like a pretzel, was going to get a plain one, but the greasy, pizza one, with toasted jalapeños and pepperoni totally put me in a trance. I usually don't give franchises with basic items more than three stars, but that dam pizza pretzel with nacho cheese dip on the side was bomb. Of course I had to wash it down with a nice, cold sugary lemonade. I am sure my arteries and fellow yelpers will thank me. Great pizza pretzels at Wetsek's Pretzels!

we normally don't visit these kind of snack places when we visit the mall but on this recent visit the smell was just too strong and we were pulled in. we ordered the cinnamon sugar bites and it was a great decision. they did put a big sized portion amount but the price did seem a bit steep for what it ultimately was. i don't think we'll be coming back anytime soon but on the off chance that we want a snack again, we will know where to go.
