Have you ever hit the bullseye with a dart? That's how I felt after todays visit. It's been a while since I've had this experience at this location so I had to come and give a shout out to all the busy workers today. Keep up the consistency and good work! It seems to be a toss up whether you get a good one or not. Obviously a fresh one would be the best case scenario but perhaps you’d just have to get the timing lucky. The first time I had never tried a pretze place like this before and I tried the jalapeño pepperoni one and it was FANTASTIC. The second time I visited I got another one which was clearly older and had been in the warmer too long. But for a place like this I think it’s about what you’d expect. I always stop by here when I go to the mall the customer service is fantastic, and the pretzels are always soft! Erica is a great employee she's always helpful when I see her! Keep up the great work.... :)
