I order there twice a week easy -food and service always great- today after I picked up my food I left my fanny pack in the store. Once I got home, I realized it was gone. I called the store immediately. As a former employee of Jersey Mikes, my expectations are always high. Today April 30th I had a pickup for a sandwich. When I arrived home and unwrapped my sandwich I realized the staff accidentally switched my sub for somebody else's. I was a bit irritated as I had to drive 30 minutes round trip back to the location, but understand mistakes happen.
