“Jamba has always been my go to smoothie place and outshines majority of its competitors. Plus, this is one of the better locations.The location is small with minimal seating inside. However, there is some seating outside. The service is friendly and typically faster than expected. Compared to other chains, Jamba's smoothies are the best. With the correct thick and smooth texture, not too sweet, and not icy, I the smoothies here set the standard. Furthermore, this location's smoothies are consistently good, unlike some of the other locations in the area.“

“I got the mushroom carne asada bowl and the hibiscus drink. I’m not vegan but this is one of my favorite restaurants in LA. The owner is lovely. The food is delicious and portions are big! These bowls aren’t just rice and some toppings, it’s a great balance of every ingredient. The drinks are perfectly sweet and refreshing. The seating outside is comfy and relaxed. “If you're looking for a fresh fruit dessert (especially after visiting Blue Salt Fish Grill) this is a great option! The Bionicos were fresh and tasty, the small was enough for 2 people, so share with a friend. I had a nice conversation with the young lady running the place with her family. “I’ve ordered catering from Flavo a few times now and each time were great! They have a nice variety of sandwiches; we’ve tried their cold sandwiches and paninis when it was available before and they were all great! All their sandwiches are customizable and the ingredients especially the bread are fresh. Delivery is on time. Great communication from placing order until the day of delivery. I’ve had a great experience working with Flavo and I’ll continue to do so. Definitely recommend this place!“

“I'd heard of Handel's Ice Cream, but for the longest time, it seemed I never had the opportunity to try it - I'm so glad I finally did since it was good quality ice cream! They had so many flavors! Even just their selection of chocolate options was impressive (over 20). I decided on two scoops: -Chocoholic Chunk - dark chocolate ice cream with dark chocolate chips -Midnight Madness - dark chocolate ice cream with peanut butter Oreos and Reese's Peanut Butter Cups Both flavors were so chocolatey and rich, with just the right amount of sweetness. The ice cream tasted fresh and from good quality ingredients. I think a lot of times it's tough to maintain the quality of a product when there are so many options, but this place did it well (at least for the flavors I had). I'll go again on my next visit to the area.“

“We walked in and were immediately greeted very warmly by RJ. He made several suggestions and my wife settled in the fish and chips, sweet potato pound cake and RJ suggested the strawberry smoothie for me. My wife loves mushrooms and I can’t stand them, but RJ convinced me to try the “fish” which is made from mushrooms. It actually wasn’t bad at all. The seasoning did a great job of masking the mushrooms.The smoothie was probably the best that I’ve ever had and that damn cake was so good.The atmosphere is top notch. “Jennifer is the absolute best, I stumbled across this little hidden gem and I cannot say enough about the service I received from Jennifer. She let me and my co worker sample the drinks before deciding which one to get, and she makes the best organic Acai bowls. On the other note, we came back one day for lunch and I'm not sure what the lady name was that was there, she was so rude and we have not been back since. I wish Jennifer was there daily because I really loved the way her energy was and the way she made our bowl and drinks.“

“Cafe Pruvia is one of the most underrated spots in the South Bay for boba. They definitely perfected the milk teas! Although I'm not a big milk tea guy, their drinks are quite impressive. Strawberry milk tea with black tea is so refreshing but also satisfies that milk crave. If you are looking for a fruit tea, I recommend the peach green tea as it is nice and tart. They also have amazing service and are very welcoming. Not to mention, it is a perfect place to study or work, as it is always packed with college students studying on their computers. I will say, the boba pearls can be inconsistent. Some days I would go and the boba will be really small while other days they will be just right. That's their only flaw. Other than that, I highly recommend cafe pruvia if you want quality teas!“

“Podong offers unique Korean drinks from injeolmi to Korean pear! I was immediately drawn to their retro interior and free Photo Booth inside. The decor is extremely well thought out and fits their concept perfectly. You can order on the tablet or with the cashier. Even though they have 4 tables with chairs, it feels more like a grab and go place. Large parking lot outside. As for the drinks: - soul Thai milk tea 5/5 - strawberry yakult 4/5 - - Korean pear 3/5 Note: the boba is on the sweeter side I'm really sad they discontinued their sweet rice drink! I hope they bring it back. It was my favorite!!“

I love walking my dog here and it's always an enjoyable experience with a staff that is always friendly and helpful. “One of my favorite boba shops, thank goodness is close to where I live. I would say this shop is pretty spacious. They had a couple of seating areas and the noise level is pretty quiet(unless it gets busy) and their background music isn't loud. Perfect location since it's right across Lunasia(Dim Sum restaurant) Their customer service is great! They were nice and helpful. No complaints about anyone :DI usually ordered their Fresh Taro Latte or Sweet Taro Sago Latter Frappe and they never disappoint. I would highly recommend their taro drinks if you're a taro lover. Their taro drinks are artificial they don't use any powdered taro :) Can't wait to try their other drinks!“

“This is my FAVORITE smoothie bowl place in California. Saying that they are perfect is an understatement. Their fruit is beyond fresh, juicy, and sweet. Every time I visit Manhattan Beach, Paradise Bowls is a must-stop location for my friends and I. (As seen in the pictures below I've gone 3+ times and that shows how good they are). My favorite bowl here is the Peach Bum bowl, its ingredients are super well-curated and the fruits complement each other perfectly. The menu is pretty extensive and goes beyond just smoothie bowls. The prices are pretty affordable and typical for a smoothie bowl, around $10 for a size small. My photos feature the small size and there is still a pretty big portion despite its "small" labeling. The service is good, with staff being efficient. The bowls came out pretty quickly! The ambiance of the store is super cute, beachy, and has a surf shack vibe to it, perfect for the beach! The views right next to the store are extremely gorgeous featuring the Manhattan Beach coastline. This store is located close to the sand, where you can bring your bowls to picnic right next to the Pacific waves.“

Came in looking for more greens in my life, and love their cholesterol drink with pineapple; also tried the getting sick drink (I think apple orange ginger carrot) since i feel a tickle in my throat and it's all delicious . The salmon salad is bomb and the ginger cayenne shots will open up your sinuses. I can't get enough of this place, thank you juice c juice!“

“I LOVE U SUNRIGHT!! my coworkers and i look forward to the days we order from here bc it brightens up our heavy shifts at the hospital. i've tried multiple of their drinks, but my go-to is the jasmine milk tea. it still has that authentic tea taste and not too much like that powdery stuff from other places. also, i can never go wrong with whatever i order. i've also tried the boba topping or mochi topping and both are top tier. i didn't think mochi would taste good in a milk tea drink (or any drink for that matter) but it was delicious!“

Definitely the go to spot around Point Fermin. Taco Tuesday has a 3 taco al pastor special. Sabrosa! Side note: They have the cleanest and nicest bathroom I've ever been in for a taco shop.“

“Rabano is a great place to have lunch with freshly prepared ingredients and relatively large portions. We ordered takeout and I had the California Burro (burrito). This is probably the best California burrito I've ever had anywhere with the perfect amount of chicken breast, chipotle sauce, potato fries, oaxaca cheese, avocado, pico de gallo and huacatay crema! We also had the Uber-Cool CTPD Sandwich which has chicken breast, provolone, tomato, baby arugula, basil-cilantro pesto, roasted bell pepper and mayo. “Tried this place that just opened up in Redondo!! I got the brown sugar milk tea (I believe that was it) which came with cheese foam on top (my fav). I got my drink pretty fast, and when you go there for the first time you get a 10% off deal for checking in on Yelp so use that!! The place itself is small but enough room for some friends to hang out. I think they had a restroom in the back as well. Will be coming back!!“

I ordered a bagel and 2 glazed doughnuts because they didn't have a big selection of donuts at that time.But I did get 2. The bagel was really good toasted, with light cream cheese. The lady, most likely the owner, was really pleasant and nice, and she gave me a Little-good luck charm. With my purchase. Whenever I'm in that area of Lawndale, I will be going there.“

“Amazing smoothies! I highly recommend the Power Mint if you like mint chip ice cream, the Mayan Mocha if you like coffee milkshakes, and the Rainbow for a sweet strawberry smoothie! The workers are always super kind, and while the smoothies may be a bit more expensive than other places, they are well worth it. The store is cute and it's by far my favorite smoothie place. The smoothies honestly taste almost like milkshakes to me, so it's like I'm getting a dessert, but it's all good for me! They also have a ton of supplement choices to add in.“

It's a family owned business so you'll usually get your order taken by an elderly woman. She's super sweet and even when she does get your order wrong they always fix it right away. The only real complaint is that there's no AC so it can be hot if you eat inside but it's cutely decorated and there's enough space for the whole family to eat.“
