Very very disappointed, this place was one of my favorites, but sadly they have been showing a lot of negative actions on my orders. Last month, I came with family to eat-in , and they messed up all the order, the waitress told us he would redo it , which he did but he charged us for what we order PLUSE the redo. And today I did a phone order, and was missing the order of sausages in my order. I live 25 min away (yes crystal supervisor, 25 min away ) crystal supervisor greeted us with an uncomfortable comment, questioning how fast we got there ,basically making us feel like we were lieing. I was also told that there is 2 people who verified the food before handing it out , which is NOT true , if they really check why didn’t I have the sausages in my order. Now I completely understand the lady who was fighting the employees in the front counter because of the service this place is giving.

The host initially told us 45min - 1 hr. Then after an hour she changed her words and said its 1.5-2hrs. The worst part is she made it a point to state that she never said the first time frame and made me feel dumb for her lie. Service at tables was okay. Food was consistent and good.

It's one of my favorite places. Currently, the market price for shrimp was 16$ a pound as of 3 March. I always get a pound with sausage and potatoes. Got the whole Shabang medium, and it was perfectly spicy. Came in at 1:30 and ended up waiting an hour for the table for 8. Oysters were phenomenal. Good selection of beers. I wouldn't recommend the michelada as it's very generic tasting. Parking can get full.
