simple #14 on sliced wheat and they got it wrong, tables not cleaned,no napkins only available if you ask. no a good experience
Won’t be eating at JJ’s again, ever! First time was a few months ago. Got tuna, was sick shortly there after. Tonight got the roast beef thinking I would give them another shot. MISTAKE! This scooping out the bread and just leaving the crust, while the crust is good, as much as these things cost I would at least like ALL of the bread, so maybe I wasn’t still hungry after eating the whole thing! You would get 5 stars BUT for some reason you guys are very stingy with NAPKINS!!! Love the speed and precision that goes into making my sandwich and delivering it but napkins are a very important part of the process especially when delivering to an office where we don't have NAPKINS. I just had a coworker tell me to wipe my chin before a meeting because I had MAYO on it. PLEASE tell your drivers NOT to forget the napkins.
