It hurts to even write this review.I ordered. My filet for one came out tad hard couldn’t eat it. Idk?My other sandwich was okay.I tried ordering online using our 40% discount, but it kept saying store not accepting ? it was 7:45pm.Anyways, I came to order in store instead…12 piece chicken only. 50/50 and two sandwiches.Total my order $46 … sucks I wasn’t able to use our discount.Not sure his name I wasn’t able to catch on….He dropped the tongs and still picked up chicken with it Instead of sanitizing? I’m sorry to write this review. As I used to work here too two years ago…and I know how CRUCIAL IT IS with cleaning and sanitizing. Top it off cook was on his phone just staring at me when I came in for my missing fries. Up until he called for someone to help me.I witnessed it around 8:10-8:15pm if cameras are checked. Sorrry!!!!

This place sucks!! Don’t waste your money!! Worst kfc ever!! We had to wait 20mins for a drive thru order then they shorted us a piece of chicken the food was not edible chicken was chewy and gross and the food was cold and bland. When we asked for extra sauce they were rude to us. We are never going back! Screw you guys!

As a KFC lover I have been to many locations around the country and in a few foreign countries too. This location is one of the best. A true KFC lover can notice subtle differences in taste among the locations, and this location serves chicken that taste a little better than most. Service is better than what you'd expect at a fast food joint.

Horrible service! The only reliable thing about this location is you can rely on the fact they WILL mess up your order! They WILL make you wait in spot number 4 in the front! And even though, nobody is ever in line, they food will never be prepared for you when you order

This restaurant is so disgusting. The walls, floors and ceiling are absolutely coated with grease, the employees do not care and just sit on their phones (not to mention there’s only 3 of them). Food is not very fresh and takes forever to come out. Groty

No matter how you order the food is always old, they have terrible time counting the pieces, and the quality is rarely edible.For the second time, I placed an order through their app and the app said it would be ready in 20 minutes. When I arrive, they say their have to cook the chicken and it's still another 10-15 minutes before it will be ready.And when you place the order in the drive thru, they're very short. They don't listen to what you want and you have to repeat multiple times. They say they're ready to take your offer and then when you start they say hold on. And after everything you order they say, what else?. Order chicken, what else? Order a drink, what else?I don't know why I keep coming back to this location. Worst KFC location I have been to in over 20 years.

Food is very expensive and not as tasty as I remembered. And you expect to receive the food you ordered. I don't like returning to the drive thru to reclaim the food I already paid for.So why go back, right? Any store can have a bad day, but when this happened 3 times in a row, I made the decision not to frequent this store any longer. Sorry KFC.

They were running low on yard bird. So we had to wait 15 minutes. No big deal. We were given 4 complimentary drinks and a chocolate cake. The lady was very polite. She had a " Ben " tattoo on her arm so I called her Ben. I think she is in training for assistant manager..GOOD LUCK TO HER!.

Morons working the drive thru asking me every 5 seconds if I'm ready to order with nobody behind me, didn't fill my drink all the way up literally like 75% full, spent $24 on one meal and a side and still waiting 10 minutes in the parking lot and still had to go back inside to get all of my food, crazy do not spend your money

Food is hot and service is quick. Went through the drive-thru and had my food in under 5 min. Asked for a side of gravy and got mashed potato's with gravy instead. I don't mind but now I have less gravy and more potato's.

Came through the drive thur at 5:25pm on a Friday and ordered 3 piece meal. The employee says "let me see how long of a wait it will be for original" Comes back and says it will be 8 minutes do you want to wait? I say no and ask what kind of chicken do you have ready? Her response "we don't have any chicken ready" Based on mine and the previous reviews this location is in bad shape. Do you have a manager at this location? Don't come here.
