The first time I had this places food was at a taco night at a local brew house. It was fantastic then, it's even better in the restaurant. I had the Pork Chili Verde, and the flavor was amazing. The cups and salsa were fresh. I asked for some spicier salsa and that was really good as well. My wife had the carne asada taco and tamale combo. The steak was fantastic, full of flavor, and done to perfection. The tamale was also good, but it was made differently than they made them for the taco night at the brew house. It was still really good, but one of the spices (probably clove?) put us in kind of pumpkin pie. It wasn't off putting, just different. The server was awesome, super nice, and very attentive. TLDR; The service was excellent, and so was the food. I highly recommend this place!

Beautiful decor! Fun atmosphere and attentive staff. The food was very flavorful, and the drinks were amazing!! I would definitely recommend this restaurant for those who love, Mexican food.

They put curry in the enchiladas. Who tf does that? And do they do that all the time or was I just a lucky test run? The rice and beans were very good though. The Birria tacos didn’t taste too good.

The main health and safety concern was that a 2-inch black hair was in my food. When I asked the waitress if they wore hairnets, she acted like she didn't understand me.I sent more than 3/4 of the dish back and asked for the item to be removed from my check and that I'd pay for my drink and appetizer, which I stopped consuming after I found the hair. She tried giving me $3.00 off the $19.99 item that I sent back. I had to be persistent that at the bare minimum, any good business would remove the item with human hair from a customer's bill. I sat for over 20 minutes while she was in the back. I don't know if she had to convince her manager to comp the item, but it's bad business practice either way. Eventually, the item was removed; I paid for my drink and appetizer; I left the waitress a generous tip for her troubles as I knew the hair was not her fault. It was all a waste of time and money as I didn't even finish my drink or appetizer. Most businesses would have comped the whole bill. It says a lot that they didn't even want to comp the one item. I could understand if I'd eaten the entire item, but more than 7/8th of my entire meal was left uneaten because of the hair. Regardless, I see how this place does business now and will not be recommending or going back. The salsa is not spicy at all and lacks flavor. There were no hints of lime, cilantro, or even salt, for that matter. The torta was so salty that I dipped it into the salsa to dilute the salt... that was until I found the hair in the torta. The bean dip was rather bland as well. Even Del Taco has better beans than what this place has.I'd strongly thought about giving this place another chance before I found the hair, but after finding the hair and how it was met with resistance to resolve, I will not be back here. The prices are too much for such low quality meals, with or without the hair.Check the menu prices online and other reviews before thinking of coming here.

BEWARE!! I accidently left my credit/ debit card on my table and it was found by my server (that she admitted to). As soon as she admitted to having it i asked her to call a manager and later i found out the person she put me on the phone with was not a manager and to this day i don't know who she was. Within 2 hours of leaving there it was used fraudulently online for multiple purchases well over$1000 dollars. After multiple calls and personally stopping by there on 2 occasions I didn't get a much a call back from a manager or the owner. I filed a police report and new the individual that had taken and used it. My server (the one who found it) had extra long fake lashes and that was one of the items fraudulently purchases in that night.

BEWARE!!!! My credit card was accidentally left on the table and an employee fraudulently used it to make online purchases within 2 hours. I went back the next day to talk to the manager and have her look at the cameras but was blown off multiple times. Said she'd call me back on multiple occasions and never did. A police report is being filed.

I had the worst experience with ordering last Friday. I ordered an item that was not acceptable when it arrived at my table. I asked the waitress to take it back, and she said she couldn’t do it and refused to hear me out. The enchilada that I ordered was disgusting. Would never eat there again, nor would I recommend it to anyone.

We weren't a fan. The prices were extremely high, $20-25 a dish average (2 taco plate is $20). A la carte one taco is $7. This is more expensive than nixtaco, and there was nothing special about the tacos. The food was overall, very bland. My salad was flavorless, and had plenty of iceberg lettuce. I had the fish tacos and there was a bland, buttery puddle on my plate. It was not appetizing and the tacos were also flavorless. The others in my party didn't enjoy the food much either. The soup was good, however. The chips and salsa were also good. I might have ordered the wrong dish maybe, but with the prices, and on top of this terrible service (slow, salads were forgotten, too much upselling, etc), we will not be back. I think this place has some promise, but the food and service was not worth the extreme prices.

We dined at Sabores on Saturday, and the chimichanga I ordered came out badly burned. They tried to disguise it with guac & sour cream, but that doesn't change the flavor. It tasted horribly bitter and burned, and I couldn't get past that first bite. It took more than 30 minutes to get the server's attention to even come back to the table. By the time she did, my husband had already finished, and we had to leave. The server did acknowledge how burned it was, but refused to take it off the bill. That is not how to treat customers. It is just bad business. Not coming back.

Nice inside but Terrible food. I really was hoping to like this place. I ordered enchiladas and they were the worst I have ever had. The chicken looked like canned tuna and the whole play was floating in sauce. I’d rather eat Taco Bell than this. Never going back. Ever. I wouldn’t eat here for free. Well maybe their chips and salsa and a soda. That’s it.

What a great experience. The food was 4/5. Great flavors with an authentic style. The chili reyano was the best I've had in Roseville. The service was a 5/5. Refills, checking on us and they brought out hot food. It was recently updated inside. It looked great, contemporary and the news chairs were super comfortable.

If you are ever visiting the galleria, top golf, or the fountains... do not miss this gem! I have been coming here for years and I get so excited when I have to stop for shopping close by because it means I'm definitely stopping by Sabores. The decor is so cute (they have a small patio that is perfect for an intimate bday or other event), but that is just the beginning. Their customer service is incredible; so attentive and friendly. The bar has some of the best selections I've seen for a smaller restaurant. Custom cocktails, margaritas, and a great mix of draft beers. Now for the icing on the cake... the FOOD! From the salsa and guac, to the salads, to the soups, and entres... nothing disappoints (and I've literally tried it all). The flavors are amazing and the recipes are authentic. Not to mention the portions! Absolutely crazy how much food they give you. I cannot recommend this place enough.
