As I ventured into Taqueria La Nueva Vallarta, the promise of authentic Mexican cuisine. The decision was simple yet enticing: four carne asada tacos and a side of rice. Each taco was a masterpiece of simplicity, with tender, flavorful carne asada cradled in soft, warm tortillas. The meat was grilled to perfection, its smoky aroma mingling with the fresh cilantro and onions that topped it off.
I visited the restaurant close to its closing time, and it was quite crowded.
