“This place has a great gluten free option, they ask about preference or allergy and clean the station, change gloves, and are very careful about cross contamination (bread comes in a sealed package). The bread is dry so I recommend getting extra sauce but I've never had a reaction. It is $2.50-$5 extra for the bread depending on the size you get“

“revamped this location. looks nice and clean. however service was poor. I ordered a HOT pastrami I watched my sandwich open waiting for the next person on the assembly line tane several minutes to put lettuce and a pickle. when I got my sandwich the pastrami was luke warm and by the time I got back to work the pastrami was cold. go back to 1 person makes the sandwich from star to finish. this assembly line people standing around while food gets cold!! I have been eating #9 since the 70's.“

“Great location, came in on a saturday morning and we were greeted promptly and by every memeber. The owner or manager was in teaching his 3 new staff members how to preform their tasks properly. He was very clear and patient with his staff and they preformed well. Food was great and service was great. Location is clean. Great job for to this staff here.“

“I went there at lunchtime to pick up a Subway sandwich I ordered through an app. I thought this place was doing honest business.
The reason is that I ordered using an app promotion, and some places have promotions where the amount of ham is so little that it seems fake, but this place had a normal amount.

I'll definitely order from this place next time.
I've been deceived at another place before, and I won't say which place, but the amount of ham in the sandwiches made by the couple who apparently own them was small.

“You would get 5 stars BUT for some reason you guys are very stingy with NAPKINS!!! Love the speed and precision that goes into making my sandwich and delivering it but napkins are a very important part of the process especially when delivering to an office where we don't have NAPKINS. I just had a coworker tell me to wipe my chin before a meeting because I had MAYO on it. PLEASE tell your drivers NOT to forget the napkins. In fact I would stick two in every bag when you're doing your stocking and food prep. You need to save me from the embarrassing "you've got something......."“

“The customer service was awesome the people were nice when taking our order and very helpful for our first time being there. We ordered the chicken cheesesteak by itself and we ordered the beef cheesesteak with fries. The chicken cheesesteak was better than the beef one in our opinion but they were both really good they had the peppers and onions and cheese on them. They both tasted good but the chicken was just more flavorful. The fries were nice and crispy but we were the first customers of the day so it might depend on when you order it. The only complaint is the price or it would receive a 5 star. The wait wasn’t long either they made the food pretty quick but again we were the first customers of the day. You can definitely get the same quality food from somewhere near by that’s a little less pricey, but it’s a good place to eat if you’re just grabbing a quick bit while walking around the mall.“
