It was my first visit. I am in town for work from the East Coast. The hero that I ordered was Delicious. The young lady that waited on me was Very nice and pleasant and helpful!I recommended this place to my local coworkers and others.

I was hungry this place was in the shopping center we were at and hadn't tried it yet. Food was really good service was exceptional with a friendly "welcome in", at the door. Price was typical for the items ordered. Restaurant was good size and clean. Bathroom was clean as well. The staff worked well together and jovial. It was a good experience and we will definitely return.
Food is decent, better than your average quick lunch. Last time I ordered there was a few months ago and I ordered a Roasted Chicken Cesar Salad. Not much to mess up here but it was not what I ordered and when I took it back in to complain I was met with rude teenagers at the counter with no experience in making the customer's order correct. I decided I wouldn't be back for a while. Today I decided to place an online order for a just sandwich. Once there to pick up the sandwich I decided to also purchase a bag of chips and a soda. That was $6.00 in addition to the $10.00 4" sandwich I ordered!! Had I purchased the chips and soda online at the time I ordered the sandwich it would've been $3.95. I once again tried to work with a rude teenager behind the counter and explained I'd already purchased the sandwich so I felt I should've been given the lower price. She very snottily told me they couldn't do that one the sandwich had been purchased. I'd have left the chips and soda there but she'd already rang me thru. So as I made my way back to work, I realized the lesson in this. Exorbitant prices and rude teenage staff are not for me. From now on I will not be a patron of this particular establishment and I will make my own salad and my own pastrami sandwiches and bring lunch from home!

I love sourdough, but the sandwich rolls are so tough that everything in the sandwich squeezes out of the when you bite into it.

Oh oh oh sourdough! I can't get enough of this place. Love their sandwichs and anytime my wife wants to grab lunch our first thought is sourdough company! Fresh food. Friendly workers. High quality.

People are very nice. Sandwich has very little meat. I asked no fewer than 3 times for "no tomatoes". Sandwich had more tomatoes than roast beef. Very light on the protein, not a good value. Again, nice people.

I have to say Kim is the best.. it's my 40th birthday today and she made it very special!! I highly recommend swinging by if you are in the mood for superb service, delicious food and and enjoyable environment!!

Ohhh man to start with, the service was excellent, great energy. Food was perfectly portioned and very fresh. Bread wasn't hard but hot and crispy. Definitely recommend going in any day of the week they have great specials
Grilled Chicken sandwich is just a sandwich with a small amount of cold chicken chunks/pieces that would be prepared in a cold grilled chicken salad which is not worth the price $$. Was expecting a whole piece of chicken hot off the grill like other restaurants. The sour dough bread and deli meat sandwiches are good though. Order/ customization was accurate. Just wouldn't order the grilled chicken sandwich again.

I just wanted to say that Jaycee C. was very customer friendly! I noticed while I was waiting she was very on top of it and had my order done quickly, then proceeded to diligently work hard doing other things! When I have been in there in the past, the old crew seemed very lazy, talkative amongst themselves, and slow! This new crew seemed very on top of it!!
