First round was drive through. Got home with a very dry crunch wrap. No sauce. Tried to call, phone number doesn’t work. Drove back and was not greeted very well. No apology. Made a new one for me. Perfect this time. Customer service definitely needs some work. I get the same thing about once a month on Saturday. I’ve never had this type of service. I’ll try one more time and if not better they’ve lost a customer, which I don’t think that they care.
I actually drive past 3 other Taco Bells to eat at this restaurant. Always clean, nice staff and most importantly, the food is the best. Always well filled tacos and it's fresh. Nice job to the manager for running a great place.

Supreme equals sour cream, that you pay extra for. No sour cream. What are you supposed to do?It's not rocket science. Get your act together.
