“Brandon was our server and he was so nice, so funny, and explained everything to us loved it!! The wall decor is awesome, they even had robots serving your side dishes! The Diamond Tier was awesome with grade A5 the dry aged wagyu was melt in your mouth good! Just as good as what we had in Japan. Brandon cooked them up for us and we enjoyed talking with him. Celebrating my husband's birthday they sing and have some ice creamsicles ube or honeydew flavors. They do have drink stations, some extra food stations, a dessert station all of which you can walk around to grab yourself. The Otoro thick cut and black pepper beef cubes were our other favorites. Can't wait to go back!”

“Surprisingly good! My picky friend also complimented this place. The veggies were really fresh and the kidney was processed well. Dishes were seasoned perfectly. Not too heavy like a lot of other restaurants. The experience was like dining at a high-end Taiwanese restaurant in Taiwan. Though the dishes were expensive, the price includes sales tax. I will still come back due to the quality and to support the business!”

“Complex, authentic Korean flavors made with traditional p ingredients. A humble porridge could become a pleasantly enjoyable experience. I ordered bulnakji porridge today and instead of using ground beef or cheap meat, they used a good quality meat and then they sautéed the marinated bulgogi in butter. mmm. Chives/buchu they used were fresh and green. So was the octopus. Often times you taste the fishiness but this octopus or nakji had a very clean flavor. The venue and the food they served were very clean. I highly recommend this place.”

“I moved to other state 2 years ago and this restaurant is one of restaurants I really miss in LA. Every time I come back to LA I must have a dinner here. This restaurant never let me down. It is one of the most authentic Chongqing Hot Pot restaurants. The taste is great and the food material is fresh and quality. They are very generous to provide complimentary high quality snacks. They treat the customers thoughtfully and it is why they exist so long a time.”

“My boyfriend’s friend told us about this place. I love skewers and thought this would be perfect. The lamb skewers were by far the best I’ve ever had, and I LOVE skewers. Not only that, I was very surprised by how much flavor and how delicious the Aipapa beef rice bowl was. 10/10 definitely recommended to someone who wants to keep it safe and not venture into lamb. The owners are very nice and the atmosphere is so chill. It was our first time, but we will definitely be back to hear some live music and eat some more delicious skewers. “My family and I come here pretty often, and today we came to celebrate grandpa’s birthday. I was actually the one who suggested Yangmani since we’ve always had a good experience here.
We ordered two Chef’s Cut Combos and one Variety Combo for the table. If you’re a big meat eater, the portions might feel a little small, but for us it was plenty and we left pretty full. The meat quality is always really good, which is one of the reasons we keep coming back.
The staff is also always really nice and friendly. There are so many new Korean BBQ places opening up these days, but somehow we still end up coming back to Yangmani in Rowland Heights.
I wish I had taken more pictures though! I only took a picture of the first round of meat, and after that we got too busy eating and I totally forgot. 😂”

“I love this taco truck! The service was amazing and everyone was so kind. My boyfriend accidentally dropped all three of his tacos right after getting them 😅 When he went back to order more, they asked if something was wrong with the tacos. He explained what happened and they offered to replace all of them! He insisted on paying for another 3, but when the order was ready, they surprised us with 4 tacos instead! 🥹❤️

Not only was the service incredible, but the tacos were so yummy full of flavor and cooked perfectly. This place is a must try taco truck! 🌮🔥 Thank you guys so much we were so happy and really enjoyed our tacos!”

“Had a great experience at Eighty Eight Q! The food was really good, but the service from Hermione was what really stood out.

She was super attentive and somehow always knew when we needed more meat, sides, or dessert. She would check in at just the right time without us having to flag her down or ask. It made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable.

You can tell she really pays attention to her customers and takes pride in her service. Definitely one of the best servers we’ve had at a Korean BBQ spot. We’ll definitely be coming back!”

“I am not Korean but I love this restaurant. They serve true comfort food. The galbi tang is so tasty as well as the braised beef. Now that they started serving rice cake soup with dumpling, all of my Korean comfort food is in one place. Yay!”

“Never been to a Dave’s Hot Chicken before, but this is my niece’s favorite fast food restaurant so it was suggested we come here for lunch.

I was not hungry so just split a chicken tender and fries with my sister, while the nieces and nephews ordered their own combos.

The chicken tender I ate was good, would considered trying it in the future. It was definitely better with Dave’s Hot Honey, which I think is the same brand we order a gallon at a time for work with our banquet orders.

Quality whole pieces of chicken and good spice blends, I can taste why it is a favorite. The fries are decent on their own, but next level with Hot Honey or Dave’s Sauce or Reaper Ranch.

Price point is higher than a McD, but quality is also higher. Worth it for the quality received.

My SO had the lycee tea and it is also great! The flavor is much more subdued than the mojito tea but nevertheless delicious. He really loved their popcorn chicken! We got a very large order for the price and he said it’s the BEST popcorn chicken he’s ever had. It’s not heavy with batter like most other places … he’s been eating it nonstop and already finished half the order as I’m writing this review! Definitely worth visiting again!!”

“Went to Midoh in Rowland Heights today after finding out Umi Buffet was closed due to a power outage. Since it was already in my bookmarks, I decided to give it a try. Ordered the tonkatsu loin, hamburg steak spicy curry rice, karaage, and takoyaki. Everything was delicious and extremely well‑flavored. A solid spot for comforting Japanese dishes.”

“We stopped in for dinner the other night. There is ample parking available in the parking lot. The restaurant is located off the beaten path but worth the discovery.

We came in for hot pot. Please note this is not an AYCE place. But the quality here will make you come back.

We got the pork tripe chicken broth. I could drink this all day. We got an assortment of vegetables. We got corn, various mushrooms, bamboo shoots, tofu, greens and water chestnuts. All so good and so fresh.

For proteins we got ribeye, beef tongue, and lamb. Everything was so fatty and flavorful. Such great quality meat.

We also got a few appetizers. The popcorn mushrooms are my new favorite. The mashed garlic cucumbers were crispy and delicious. They also have skewers and we got chicken hearts, which is a personal favorite. And we also got a beef tongue plate. So good and the Chili's brought the heat.

Such friendly service and delicious comfort food will make this a place to come back to again and again.”

“Pickled Fish: The fish is so tender that it melts in your mouth, the sauerkraut is crispy and appetizing, the soup base is sour and spicy but not choking at all, every bite is full of sincerity! I especially like the light numbing aroma, paired with hot rice, it is simply a healing tool in winter!

Guobao Pork: Under the golden and crispy skin is tender and juicy tenderloin. The ratio of sweet and sour sauce is just right. You can hear the "click" when you bite into it! The texture is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. It is definitely a textbook interpretation of Northeastern cuisine!

Home-style tofu: The tofu is fried until it is charred on the outside and tender on the inside. It absorbs the fragrance of the sauce and is smooth and tender in the mouth without losing the bean flavor. Paired with the crispness of fungus and green pepper, it is full of texture, simple but full of homey taste, and it is a perfect meal!

The three dishes in this restaurant each have their own merits. The taste is authentic and the portions are substantial. You will become a fan after eating it once! Highly recommended to friends who love food~”

“Good food that, once you order is made, is served very quickly. Make sure to arrive with the expectation to wait for a table to be ready for you. There's always a bunch of people waiting outside the restaurant, but that's because it's really good and popular. Their menu is really appealing and has a wide variety of dishes to choose from, seafood and all! They even have burgers and fries, if you feel up to it or bring someone with you, that is a picky eater.”

“My hubby and my daughters celebrated my birthday at Ishi Sushi last night because I suggested going there, and we all liked their food. We ordered two (H4) orders of Chirashi, one (C12) una don (eel don), and I ordered (C13) the Chilean Seabass. The owners were very friendly. As we spoke with them casually, the lady knew it was my birthday yesterday. She said they would serve me a complimentary cake as dessert later. The Chirashi bowl had tuna (2), salmon (2), shrimp (1), white fish (1), yellow tail (1), albacore (1), uni (1), smelt egg (1), tamago (1), & salmon egg. The portions were good, and the fish was so fresh and delicious. My hubby and older daughter liked their Chirashi bowls. For the una don (eel served over the rice), my younger daughter also liked it so much. I liked my Chilean Seabass. It was served with salad and miso soup. The Chilean Seabass was fresh and flavorful with a tangy, sweet flavor. They provided a piece of lemon wedge, so I squeezed some lemon juice on it before eating. Then the owner brought us the Japanese Yuzu cheesecake. I was surprised that the owner gave our entire party slices of complimentary cake, rather than just one for the birthday person; mine even came with a candle. It was very generous of them. The Yuzu cheesecake was very delicious. The service was great, and they were very friendly.”

“I’ve been here a few times for their stone-ground rice noodle rolls, and they never disappoint. The rice rolls are made fresh to order with a silky, delicate texture and a nice rice aroma. The beef is tender, and the sauce complements everything without being overly salty.

This time I also tried their beef hot pot, and it was a pleasant surprise. The beef was fresh and flavorful, the broth was rich without being too heavy, and the ingredients tasted high quality. It’s a great option if you’re dining with family or friends.

The service was friendly, and although the restaurant can get busy during peak hours, the food is worth the wait. If you’re looking for authentic Cantonese rice noodle rolls or a satisfying beef hot pot in Rowland Heights, this place is definitely worth checking out. I’ll be back to try more dishes!”

No where near what I was expecting.We had the lamb and also beef skewers and fried rice. An appetizer was brought out that we did not order, as it was included, which was right away different and tasted unlike any other soybean and peanut I’ve experienced. It was delicious!The lamb and beef was cooked to exact request and was also delicious!While we have dined at many Chinese restaurants throughout the United States, as we travel extensively and dine out regularly this surf past any, and all other restaurants, we’ve dined in for this type of food. Here’s the difference this was not Chinese food that has been Americanized in most Chinese restaurants. This was true Chinese prepared food.I truly believe you would have to travel to China to get this quality of food and culture.I will also say that we spent 3/4 of our time speaking to Cindy, whose father owns the restaurant which caters to home cooked events at homes, so this is not their primary source of how they deliver the product to the public. The hour and 15 minutes we spent there was made so much more enjoyable as Cindy walked us through the culture the food and Wyatt tasted different because it was truly cooked to Chinese standard. So I have to say, was it the food that was the greatest experience, or Cindy‘s presence and her willingness to have an open conversation about why they do it the way they do, and enlightened us about the culture of the food,I strongly recommend anyone that wants to find out what real Chinese cuisine is and how it is cooked and prepared in China. You realize very quick that this is not your drive-through, Chinese pick up takeout, that we are accustomed to here in the United States. “It was first time trying the coconut jelly. I wouldn't say it's a jelly it's more of a pudding. The place looks beautiful it is very clean and bright and elegant. The touch of gold but not too much give it that prestige. We got something that looked like the mango Sago. It was delicious and sweet and it did not feel too heavy. Definitely something that you can try on a hot day and looking for something to refresh you. Prices of bits High maybe because it is coconut. The containers are cute and so are the bags to go. They also have drinks as well so if you're looking for a drink they got them.”

Stopped by here for dinner and we were not disappointed. All the food was fresh, tasty, and ample. We were a party of 8, so we ordered and good amount of food. Everything was great. The orange chicken was not as sweet as others and was really good.

Food break down:
The hot and sour soup was delicious, tasty and hit the spot.
The sliced fish in Szechwan sauce was fantastic. The fish was perfectly cooked and the heat was the right amount of spice and flavor.
The pork and cabbage dumplings were juicy and tender. I wished I ordered two orders of this.
The combination sautéed noodles was great as well. A good mix of pork, chicken, and seafood with a nice light sauce. Very tasty.
The pan seared green beans were delicious. Tender crisp with “the breath” of the wok which was slightly smokey. Always a favorite.
The combination fried rice was tasty and a good balance of flavors. For the rice lovers.
The braised eggplant was a surprise hit. Eggplant can be bland but this wasn’t. It had a nice blend of spice and flavor, and was a hit.
The beef with broccoli was delicious as well. Tasty and packed with tender crisp broccoli.

The service was great. The owner lady was attentive, helpful and gave good recommendations (sliced fish, hot and sour soup). The ambience was dated, but clean. No A/C made it hot while eating. All in all a great meal.”

The restaurant offers AYCE shabu meats and sushi. You can choose from two different option tiers (fyi it is more on the pricier side). Their Wagyu was tender and very flavorful and you can choose from a wide selection of nigiri and sashimi. Furthermore, there is also a serve it yourself bar with veggie, side dishes, sauces, curry, and drinks. At the end there are a few ice cream selections you can choose from. I always definitely go for the matcha!

Overall it was a nice experience. The staff members were friendly, very attentive, and made sure to check up on us to make sure if we needed anything.”

“Plate lunches here are just as delicious as on the Hawaiian Islands. First, the garlic butter shrimp...I will dream about it. Second, the bbq chicken was tender and oh-so flavorful on its own; no need for the dipping sauce although the sauce IS super tasty. Next, the rice is topped with furikake and sesame seeds. Sadly, the spicy pork flavor is excellent, but I don't like how it's in small pieces. I referred to it as shrapnel pieces, and my BF thought that was a precise phrase for it. We were disappointed that the gochujang wings were not available on a weekend night at 6:30pm. This a food court location, so if you want to eat hot & fresh, you need to find a table two stalls down in a small inside area with about 6 tables or outside with about the same amount of tables.”

“After dinner nearby, we knew we wanted boba afterwards and purposely saved room for it! R&B Tea was on the opposite end of the plaza, which worked out as we worked off a little bit of dinner by walking here.

I ordered a jasmine green milk tea ($5.75) at 50% sweet with easy ice and boba ($0.75). Just the right amount of sugar with the right consistency for the boba. Would definitely order again (and also possibly try their matcha milk tea or roasted oolong milk tea). Post-dinner boba craving met! Thanks Tiffany for taking care of our large group order!

They have two small tables in the front and more table space in the back for hanging out and playing board games. We picked The Logo Game and learned new facts about products and logos and what not from the game. Did you know that Baskin Robbins had 31 flavors particular to cover each day of the month? I didn't, until the game. Fun times.

“Came here after being slammed by ads from Instagram... Price for an AYCE was what had me interested, especially in this economy.

First off, if you can, carpool to this place. The lot is very tiny, has very limited parking spaces, and anything larger than a 2026 Ford Explorer might have issues squeezing into a spot since the lines seem like they were made with smaller cars in mind, and be sure to use your parking breaks for certain spots - the incline is pretty steep... There are other businesses in this plaza, so expect parking competition.

The restaurant is pretty dim inside, but at least the pop music isn't very loud like other establishments (I'm looking at you, Gen BBQ!) and it's rather cozy. They have a self serve area around the corner with their regular items while the more premium stuff requires ordering off their menu via QR code, so make sure you have someone with a fully charged smartphone.

Service is prompt and super friendly, always making sure we have plenty of water (it was 109F that day). Order menu is a bit small, but for $20, I can work with it since they had the self-service area.

My only gripe, however, is that the food tends to run on the sweet side, especially the glass noodles (also missing a lot of the veggies here...) and bulgolgi. Even their salads were really sweet that day when I was expecting the usual sour vinegar kick I get from other similar establishments. Hopefully, next visit will be slightly different and won't be as sweet...”

“Visited Gui BBQ Restaurant & Bar in Rowland Heights, and it’s a great spot for a weekend gathering or late-night drinks with friends!
The ingredients are clearly high quality and very fresh. Raw meats are brought to your table for you to grill right in front of you, though you can also order pre-cooked skewers. Their side dishes and stir-fries are solid and complement the meal well.
The restaurant gets quite busy, so the waitstaff can be stretched thin and service responses might be a bit slow at times. Overall, the quality of the food makes it well worth a visit!”

“Spotted this shop after a delightful lunch with my wife & we immediately noticed that the Kream Kubes weren't available to order via kiosk and had to be ordered via the front register in person.
Parking is free & plentiful as the plaza is huge.
There's moderate amount of indoor seating which is pretty nice for a small shop like Le Kream.

My wife and I ordered the Sunset Guava drink + a Matcha Kream Kube and while the Kube was instantly prepared, the drink took about 5 minutes which is pretty fast considering how busy they were on a Saturday afternoon.

1. Matcha Kream Kube - Presentation is spotless, with a little nice matcha pocky stick up top as a edible decoration, matcha on top, which goes really well with the savory type kube. It's croissant texture kubes are perfect compliment to the matcha, super creamy and has a great balance of sweet, savory, and chewy in some sense. Highly recommend the matcha as this is one of their most popular Kubes and can sell out really quickly.

2. Sunset Guava Drink - Usually not a big fan of Guava type drinks but this one blew me away. The fizziness of the drink gave a real carbonated style to the flavor. It's not too sweet and it has the tropical, sweet aroma in which I'd say it's the perfect drink for a hot day.

Whether you are looking to grab a snack, a dessert, or a drink, this place has it all. The kubes & drinks are very well made and aesthetics are off the charts. Love the interior as it's very much modernized. You can easily grab something to go, or even sit inside to enjoy the dessert.”

We initially dined in and ordered the Creamy Snow Watermelon. It was refreshing, but a little too sweet and creamy for my personal taste.

We ended up ordering some desserts to-go as well, including the Taro Sago and Mango Tofu Pudding. Both were sweet without being overly sweet, and I really enjoyed them!

One small suggestion: it would be great if they could add another ordering machine. Having an extra one might help make the ordering process a little faster.”

We ordered a wide variety, including lamb and premium marinated steak skewers, beef tendon, pork cartilage, grilled scallops, and whole squid. We also tried grilled Chinese chives, zucchini, potatoes, corn, steamed buns, and seitan. There’s plenty of variety for sharing and trying something new.
The cold noodles, eggplant fried rice, and stir-fried rice cakes with fish cake rounded out our meal, with banana cheese adding a sweet finish. A great spot for anyone who enjoys grilled skewers and a table full of different dishes to share. We would happily return!”

“Yu Ji Stone Mill Chinese Crepes was a complete surprise street food cart in Rowland Heights. This $10 treat can be shared between two people. It’s a Taiwanese breakfast crepe-style omelet using mung bean and three eggs with crunchy layers of fried chips and a sausage taste great 👍🏻 highly recommend you try at least once. It’s best to enjoy within 10 minutes for max taste and texture so we took ours to the food court across the street.”
