This place does hit the spot when you are craving some soup. It's a small hole in the wall where there is just 1 cook and a server/cook. The server fries stuff as well if you order anything that needs frying. I like the old man's soup that has a little bit of tendon, beef, and tripe. Little veggies but it is enough for one person. Great on a cold day. Only bad part is that if the server goes out for a smoke, he smokes right by the door and you can smell it inside. They also don't ask if you want anything to drink like water so you gotta tell them if you want anything and not assume you'll automatically get it. Other than drinks, beef noodle soup is good. The tonkatsu ramen was a bit salty but noodles where still good. Will come back for my beef soup.

My husband and I ordered the House Hot Pot . It was fairly good. My husband really enjoyed the noodles . We also enjoyed the fried dumplings and onion pancakes . The service was okay . The ambiance was fine .

First time coming to even life and the house special hot pot was very flavorful. We also added the fried dumpling and green onion pancake. Unfortunately we were originally were coming here for the Enoki Beef Rolls and the fried squid which they did not have available. Service was ok but could have been more accommodating. Server didn't ask ask for our drink order until we asked. Ambiance was really quiet.

My coworker and I went on our lunch break to try their Signature Spicy Beef Noodle soup. The lady that was there was super polite and welcoming. They have nice music playing in the background so its not like you're in awkward silence just hearing dishes clanking. I got extra spicy with Taiwanese noodle. I typically ask for more spicy sauce on the side when I get soups but the way she made it was perfect!! The broth is very tasty. I actually have been there three times now in the past seven days lol. This last time, I brought my son. He enjoyed it as well and says he'd come back. This time, I got their signature soup the way they normally prepare it. He got that as well but mild instead of spicy. We're super satisfied! We did say that next time we're going to try a different type of noodle. I'm so happy my coworker found this place! Thanks to his explorative habits... i may have a new favorite beef noodle soup location

Me and bf come here often, we always get the signature beef noodle with flat noodle mild spicy and it comes with sour chinese pickles on the side, so yummy and at a great price of $11.50! their soup base is super flavorful and meat is so soft and tender. service is quick and friendly. totally recommend to anyone in the area
