This Ono Hawaiian BBQ location is the absolute worst I have ever been to. Customer service is unfortunately not there, and they treat you as if they are doing you a favor. It seems that the person cooking is in charge and keep giving directives to the cashiers in a very rude manor. He's taller and older, and has grey hair. Wasn't able to catch his name. Food also doesn't taste as it normally does at other locations, I believe that this staff just doesn't care to be here, so they're just throwing everything together. I've been going to Ono for years, but I definitely don't recommend this place, it will make you consider never going back to one again.

Changing from 1 star to 3 because the cashier was very niceAlso I’m not sure if the ac has been fixed yet.Update: I think the ac still brokenBut I think management has also changed because the food was made very quickly!

Ordered a mini bbq chicken today Sept 23 530pm. Inside my chicken is raw. Yeah, don't think I'll be coming here again. And guy was
This is the best place to go and sit down and feel comfortable and safe to eat. The sometimes you can get a discount if you're lucky, I go in to order my food. But I've noticed that the people who call in makes order in advance. They get served faster than me, but it's OK. The food delicious and I'm willing to wait my turn so I can sit down and enjoy my food hot and fresh.
Have ordered many times for years, but today, things were different. Veggies were way undercooked, BBQ beef and chicken was a lot less than before. Short ribs were okay. Usually, I get extra mac instead of rice, and the "second" scoop looked non-existent, as if it was merged into the normal side of mac. Don't know if the management changed or if the cook/staff changed, but seriously a different experience than before. I will order again in the future to give this location another chance. My hope is that they improve. I would hate to stop ordering Ono's as part of our to-go selection. I'll update when I make another order, but it won't be for a little while. Need time to recover.

Horrible service Last Saturday, when in to order food I can't believe it took 33 minutes from my phone to come out While the two guys in The back we're playing around a lady came out that worked there saw that I was Frustrated ask me what are you waiting for I told her my two orders That is going on thirty minutes She Ask the guys what's going on with the order Three minutes later my Order came out She offered me a drink. But at that point I just wanted to leave For I had my kids and family in the car... I go to this onos Many Times never had an issue tI'll this night Also I had complained on another website and they had my complaint rejected

Depends on what you like. I'm not one for bones. So the terriyaki beef is decent.,the rest is okay. They give you plenty to share with another person when you get the pick 3 meal.
