I ordered Mansaf and my friend ordered a shawarma plate. Both were excellent. They also gave us bread, olives, oil and zaatar, hummus and salad free. I give them 5 stars for authenticity and taste.
Amazing dinner, great service and a history lesson with some humor from the owner. It was all very good. The fried whole fish was one of the best things I have ever eaten. And the bread, OMG the bread!! You can easily fill up on the bread w/olive oil/za'atar for dipping but then you would miss out on all the other goodies - like the Areyas. Beautiful interior with lovely murals of Jerusalem...and a room in the back that can be utilized for private parties.

I wanted to try authentic, traditional Palestinian food to show my solidarity with their people's struggle for freedom.
