Canon is one of the best restaurants in Sacramento. The food and service are fantastic. The food feels inventive, well-executed, and genuinely exciting to eat. The ever-changing menu is awesome. Specific meals mentioned include the tuna crudo, though its sauce significantly overpowered the taste of the tuna. Other liked dishes include the carrots, the tots, and the bread and butter. The wine selection and cocktails are thoughtfully curated. The Mother’s Day brunch buffet is incredible, with amazing food and seamless service despite being packed.
