It’s not a big deal because I have the money to spend but it’s just the fact that these places will charge you for things and not tell you until after you see it on your receipt that you were charged for it.. basic customer service. Let the customer know before hand please and thank you.

Ordering felt impersonal. It was weird and uncomfortable ordering from a robot. I would use an app if I wanted to talk to a machine to order my food. The person that gave me the food was lovely and helpful. Please get rid of the robot speaker box.
