Had a wonderful Lunch today. We are just getting started to get into Indian Food since we went Vegan at the first of the year. I am Diabetic so I need High Protein/Low Carb diet. The black bean dish was so delicious... warning I ordered Mild and it was pretty darn hot.Thing is it was a purposeful hot. You could taste each spice,and the depth of the flavors. The food here is sooo good. Just the right amount of spicy if you like spicy food, but also so flavorful. One of the best places for authentic Indian food. We always order the butter chicken, chole and the pakora. So good!
Looking for a good Indian food spot with vegan options? Look no further than Chast Bistro in Delta Shores. Got lucky and chaat-ed (get it) with the owner Deep and he circled all the items on the menu that can be made vegan. Some have to ask for no yogurt but there’s a TON of options!
