“We came on with a party of 5 on a busy-ish day, we were sat promptly. Upon our arrival to the table, we were greeted immediately by Vanessa. “I found Octopus Peru while searching for a restaurant near Golden 1 Arena, and it was a fantastic choice! We started with drinks—my wife loved her “Amore del Mar” so much she had two, and my “Guava Affair” was incredible. I also tried the “Peruvian Spicy,” which had tequila, ginger, mango, and habanero syrup—the heat was perfect! We have a tradition of ordering oysters, so we couldn’t resist the ½ dozen, but the “Smokey Tuna Tostada” was the real star.

The portions were large, prices reasonable, and despite how busy it was, the staff was friendly and attentive. A highlight was chatting with the owner, who told us about his other restaurant, “Octopus Baja”—I’ll definitely be trying it next time we’re in midtown! The inviting atmosphere set the perfect tone for a parents' night out without the kids before the show. Can’t wait to go back!“

“Great food. Odd getting shrimp boil and Thai food, but both were great and able to meet everyone's dietary needs. I recommend their chili sauce, went great with both the boil seafood and the Thai fried rice. We will be back!

“Went there for a dinner for the first time . Wow , balut was so good my husband love them too. We had a hot pot as well and it's really soup warming. A dozen of yummy oysters and the bomb is the stir fry clams in garlic flavor we ordered it again because it was real fresh and good . I don't regret paying a lot of this is the food serve , very delicious I was just worried because I eat a lot 🤣🤣. Costumer service was exceptional . “This is your hole in the wall good dim sum. It's on cheaper side compared to well season or the pearl but just as good. The restaurant is big so the wait has never been too long and they could accommodate large parties. It helps if you spoke Cantonese but they also speak English. Food came out pretty quickly for us so that was big plus for me.“

From a food perspective it’s ok, not awesome but not bad. The fish and chips could be less oily and the batter less thick but it definitely won’t break the bank and is good experience.“

“No ambience since this is in a good/retail hall of sorts but the poke here is really fresh. I was definitely surprised to find poke that tasted this good so far from the ocean but I was glad I took the chance. I’ll definitely be coming back when I’m in town.“

“Saw Ray's advertise on tick tock. I guess there's a couple locations. This one was on Fulton avenue 3200. We both had fried shrimp and chicken tenders which are large pieces of white meat
fried to perfection. I had french fries with mine. Super good. My girlfriend had coleslaw with hers. Super good after you added some hot sauce to it“

Lord forgive us all, a steal one must say.
From the get go, this place seems nice. On the outside, it seems plain and simple and nothing gives away the inside. The parking lot is pretty spacious and its not usually empty or filled. The inside is nice, well designed and feels comfortable, it just makes you feel at ease. It also doesn't have any windows so you dont notice the light outside or how much time has passed. Classic casino tactic, however they may benefit from that. The service we received was also quick and good (shoutout to her). Once seated we placed our order within 5 minutes and received our first of many batches of meat quickly. The quality of the meat is really good, among the best I've had in sac. Tender and juicy. The beef toro and the garlic pepper tender flap brisket I believe (had sesame on it) were absolutely amazing and definitely the go for. They are a bit thicker and do take a bit longer to cook so do expect that but definitely worth it. The items on the conveyer belt also did move a bit fast and I didnt grab much because it seemed that they were mostly hotpot items but thats a cool little touch. They also had a pretty wide selection of sauces which is nice. One thing I wish they had (just me being fat) is a desert option but it is what it is. Doesn't change this place from being as amazing as it is. Absolutely worth it. I loved everything and the food was amazing and definitely matched with the atmosphere. Would definitely come again during lunch because the price is just right.

“Food truck with good food. I had fish ceviche and a carne asada Taco. Ceviche came in a cup with a couple of tostadas lime wedges and ketchup packets and crackers. Taco was a street taco and grilled onions and radishes on the side. I will be going back.“

I have lived here in del Paso heights a long time and didn't know it was there. Located across the street from the Grocery Outlet. Best part, you can buy Krispy Krunchy Chicken with your food card.“

Parking adequate, easy handicap entrance. Would go again. Only complaint. When they refilled the food bins poured new food over food still in bins.“

Then the Crab Cakes...yummy and last for me were the Caramelized Sea Scallops. Everything was great. Mark was my waiter and he was great too. This is a gem inside the Arden Fair Mall. “Excellent experience. I suggest checking on tables a little more often but overall great food and drinks. Zero wait time on a Friday night. So surprised. We drove from Stockton to eat here. We'll definitely be back. The soju cocktail kinda made me nervous quality wise when ordering, but they did not disappoint at all. Fantastic!

“This was my first time visiting. I recommend trying the tempura and pepper fins they were great it had a really nice presentation. I also tried the California roll, which tasted okay, though the rice had a weird color that threw me off a bit. Overall, the service was a positive experience“

“I love the flavors, authentic chinese dimsum in a typical chinese restaurant set up. The service crew is polite, the dim sum choices and numerous and turn over of new choices is quick. Unfortunately as it's a typical chinese restaurant the ambient noise is so loud especially when the place is full“

“My husband and I celebrated my birthday at Moxie's last night and it was truly memorable. My husband had the sea scallops/prawn dinner that was perfectly prepared; we had the crab pot stickers, also excellent; and I had an outstanding halibut dinner that was also perfectly prepared. Often times I order halibut in a restaurant, only to be somewhat disappointed. The dinner at Moxie's was THE BEST EVER! I'm a foodie and left the restaurant on a foodie high. The light sauce over the halibut complimented the delicacy of the fish, the vegetables (mashed potatoes, carrots, yellow squash, shredded beets, and green beans) were prepared to perfection and arranged separately on the plate. Plate presentation was creative and easy to maneuver. Everything was perfect! Thank you, Adam and staff, for a memorable experience.

Parking: We have been to Moxie's twice recently and both times found street parking easily -- once right in front of the restaurant and last night just around the corner.“

“The 1 piece fish + chips w a side (onion rings) is a large amount of food for $9. The chips/fries are decent. I like that you get malt vinegar, that's v authentic for British food. The onion rings were crunchy. I didn't need extra ranch ranch bc the tartar sauce includedin my meal was delicious. The fish itself was incredible, easily the best thing on my tray. Flaky, moist, crisp batter, seasoning salt--just perfect. The dining room could use a deep clean. I recommend takeaway and maybe eat at the nearby park. Friendly counter service.“

“As a competitor of Boiling Crab, I gotta say Mr. crab is the winner. The shrimps are fresh and large though the sauce is less garlicy and buttery than Boiling Crabs but it's still very flavorful. The portion is greater than Boiling Crabs as well. Both corn and rice aren't as mushy as boiling crabs. Chicken tenders and fries are great and not overly battered. The clams are small though. Overall, comparable and better than Boiling crab. Give it a try!“
