Saw the line over the weekend and it got curious! It definitely did not disappoint from the service to the service.Bun no hue - 5/5 very rich and herby the mouthfeel it gives is insane my new go to for bbh N1- You can order this soup on the side but I didn't. The broth is on sweeter side which I like. Very light tasting broth umami !!!!!Egg rolls- hella good! Meat is rich with muchrooms and noodles seasoned perfectly.It was towards closing when we came and the lady was very nice.
I love this place! My favorite meal is their Bun Bo Hue and their Tampica dumplings (Banh bot loc) I also tried this new Vietnamese Salted Caramel coffee and it definitely hit the spot! Strong and sweet. I would definitely go back just for the coffee. Lol. Also they are the kindness people. Great customer service.

The Hu Tieu here is very flavorful and they are generous with their toppings. I ordered the N2 dry style which is a $0.75 extra charge . Overall, I enjoyed my food but the sliced pork was pretty dry and the quail egg was over cooked so it was a bit rubbery. I would still come back though since the noodles tasted great and the service was quick.
