Had reservations for Thanksgiving at 1:30PM and had an accident on our way to Sacramento. Unable to reach anyone because they were not open. Called at 12:30 PM and was able to speak to an employee and canceled our reservation. We were charged $300. To our card. They didn’t offer any alternative or sympathize with our situation.
