This place has been one of my favorite places to get lunch! When you walk in, it looks like a cafeteria but don't let that fool you because the food is SO good at such a great price. You can easily be full with less than $10. On days I just want a snack I get their soups of the day for $4. There is also a ton of seats if you want to sit down and enjoy your lunch. This is a hidden gem for state workers looking for reasonably priced food. Just walk into the Secretary of State building and let security you want to go to the grille upstairs. They will ask to check your badge before letting you in. They serve both breakfast and lunch depending on the time you go. I have only tried their breakfast so far. I got the 3 meat (bacon, ham, and sausage) scramble with an extra hash brown for under $9. Definitely can't beat that especially these days.

So I usually go to LaBou when at work but decided to stop here for lunch as people have been bragging about the cafe. I went inside the building and noted it's secure.
