This place is ok, if you just want some breakfast but Sacramento has much better breakfast places. My go-to breakfast had stopped serving breakfast so we went to IHop around 11:30. The atmosphere was lax,outdated, and American decorations were up that looked more like they for 4th of July than for the Holidays. My fiancé and I came in at 11 on Saturday morning. It was a super busy day and felt like the environment could have easily been hectic with so many people coming in at the same time. Nonetheless Traci made it such an enjoyable experience with her kindness and positivity through the rush. She was still attentive to our needs although she has several tables and kept a smile on her face from beginning to end. I will definitely be returning and ask for Traci as our server. Our server was great, the food was good, only a suggestion on the salt shakers. The salt came out way too fast, and I had only one egg. So I just put my egg on top of my crispy potatoes, which I might add werePerfect. So maybe try something different with the salt shakers. Otherwise, I ate EVERYTHING on my plate, shame on me.
