Cookies are not great, went about a month ago. I forgot to do a review. Here’s my review. The cookies taste like there from packaged dough. I’m a baker myself and I know a good homemade cookie, but these didn’t taste fresh at all. Service was fast and great. Atmosphere was nice. I just won’t ever go back due to the low quality of taste these cookies had.

Extremely good cookies and ice cream. Way WAY better than Crumbl. Very bad location. Basically unusable unless your already going to DOCO. I wish they had more locations

Insanely overpriced but very good.Went in tonight and waited for 10 minutes behind some frustratingly indecisive couple just to be told the store is out of everything I wanted.I'm not upset that you're sold out, it happens. Please put a sign up next time clearly indicating what you don't have so people don't waste their time.If you're charging $5 per pre-made, batched cookie I expect great service.

Very poor delivery service as well as no free cookie despite it being included with delivery. I remember now why I don't bother coming to this

I had 2 orders today and your company mixed them up. One order was suppose to go to my nephews with a cute message and different cookies but was delivered to my house instead . my order was delivered that had different cookies and no message at all to my nephews house. my cookies I received were hard edges and one wasn’t even a circle I am very irritated

If you like cookies, I suggest you stop by Insomnia Cookies on K Street in downtown Sacramento. They are awesome and they do deliver. You will not be disappointed.

Ordered delivery directly from their site with some ice cream. Order was missing a cookie, substituted a regular cookie for a deluxe cookie and didn't include the ice cream. They informed me prior to delivery that the ice cream would be missing and said that portion would be refunded but there was no refund issued and I am having to open a credit card dispute. Place is super shady, will not order from them again.

Attitude. Attitude. No sense of urgency from the employees. With the amount of employees there are, you would think they would be a little faster. But they are not.

Insomnia Cookies is known for their cookies.. fresh warm cookies... sadly when I came in after the Kings Game, the cookies were cold. I could of just bought a cookie from a grocery store. The reason why I gave three stars is because I've been to Insomnia Cookies a few times and they're typically good at handing out hot cookies, but because of the Kings Game they may have prepared extra cookies and when you let a cookie sit out for too long it gets cold. I will update my review to five stars when I come back here. I'm a little hesitant to recommend this location until they start serving fresh hot cookies!

I recently stumbled upon Insomnia Cookies in Sacramento and let me just say, my late night cravings will never be the same again. Not only do they offer a wide variety of classic cookie options, but they also have some unique and delicious flavors like S'mores and Red Velvet. And let's not forget about the milk choices. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that they offer different types of milk such as almond, oat, and soy for those who have dietary restrictions. Plus, they even have ice cream to satisfy my sweet tooth. Is there anything these guys can't do?But what really won me over was the friendly service and great prices. The staff at Insomnia Cookies in Sacramento were not only welcoming and helpful, but they also had a great sense of humor. I couldn't help but laugh when one of the employees handed me a cookie and said, "Here's your daily dose of happiness." And let me tell you, that cookie did bring me pure joy. The prices were also very reasonable, especially for the quality and quantity of cookies you get. I didn't feel guilty at all for indulging in a late night treat. Insomnia Cookies definitely knows how to keep their customers happy and coming back for more.In conclusion, if you're in Sacramento and looking for a late night snack, look no further than Insomnia Cookies. With their delicious cookie options, various milk choices, and friendly service, you'll be sure to satisfy your cravings and leave with a smile on your face. And who knows, you might even get a good laugh out of it too. Trust me, you won't regret it. Now excuse me while I go get my daily dose of happiness from Insomnia Cookies.

Only one person on staff working doing everything. You couldn't go in so it was online only which is super inconvenient because say you're driving to this place you're hit with that only until you get there. What you ordered online did not reflect what you get. Cookies were super soft under baked I imagine I'm no cookie professional? But this place downtown used to be decent but it was absolutely trash today. Online orders only? There's no close parking so you can't just wait in your car so you're forced to freeze outside tonight. I don't blame the lady working tonight she looked a little overwhelmed and she shouldn't be she's doing her best but God damn just close the story if you can't meet expectations. I much would have rather went to crumble even for how outrageously expensive it is. I feel like I wouldn't have been going through the same BS I went through tonight

Personally, whenever I'm in town, I try to head to insomnia cookies. I'm a big fan of small but chewy cookies like a chocolate chip, or and oatmeal cookie. It is always busy when I'm here, but that's ok. They allow 6 people inside so I would suggest bring a sweater since you can wait outside a while. They have other options other than cookies like brownies and ice cream cookie sandwiches. No, this place isn't edibles lol Definitely a good spot to grab a little sweet treat.

Walked by this spot I want to say, probably twice during our visit here within the location of dining, enjoyment and shopping. Decided before ending the shopping night to stop in just to kinda get an idea of possibly with the insomnia in the name was all about. Once walked in hit with the smell of sugar and goodness. Very very small inside space wise. Reminds me of a Crumbl cookie. But the sizing of the product is smaller than crumble. Not too bad and taste based from my selection of chocolate chip chunk, chocolate, chip, macadamia nut, and sugar cookie of those three my top favorite was a sugar cookie, and then the macadamia nut. I paid around a smidge over eight dollars for the three cookies. They do have combo and duo packages that you can purchase. When it first arrived we were the only three customers in store and then right away about six other customers arrived. So this can be a pretty busy spot, so I'm sure at times expect the line to be out of the door based off of the size and of course peoples likings of the cookies. They do also have ice cream here as well so you can have your cookies and ice cream duo if that something that fancies you.

IDK how this spot is on a normal day, but after Disney on Ice, this location was craaaazy. The inside is tiny AF, and maybe 10 people at most can fit comfortably inside. It's hard to tell where the line really is, and if you leave the door open, the staff will let you know to close the door. They're not rude about it, but they do have to yell it out over all the noise of the customers, machinery, etc so it's just chaotic as hell. Think telling the cashier your order, while he yells out to close the door, and then asks you to repeat your order again cause he didn't get it down the first time lol Because it's so small, and they're constantly warming/baking cookies, it gets super hot inside. I was sweating while waiting to order. There are no tables inside but plenty of seating outdoors. They are CASHLESS. Credit, debit or apple pay only!! This was my first time, but my BD raaaaaaves about the oatmeal raisin cookies. He and I have different tastebuds cause these cookies just were not it for me. Basic cookies are $3, deluxe are $5, but if you buy a bulk pack you save a couple bucks or so. I'm sorry, but just not worth the spend for me. The cookies I got were barely warm. The chocolate chunk cookies was so small, but dense. I prefer a thinner, chewier cookie with crisp edges and the only one that was somewhat like that was the Snickerdoodle. I found it odd that each cookie looked so different in size, texture, etc so not sure if this is normal or not. I took a bite of the oatmeal raisin cause BD insisted and just eh... kinda dry. Maybe I'm just not a cookie girl, but considering the hype I was so disappointed. They do have ice cream but didn't try, I spent enough on cookies!
