Insomnia Cookies is known for their cookies.. fresh warm cookies... sadly when I came in after the Kings Game, the cookies were cold. I could of just bought a cookie from a grocery store. The reason why I gave three stars is because I've been to Insomnia Cookies a few times and they're typically good at handing out hot cookies, but because of the Kings Game they may have prepared extra cookies and when you let a cookie sit out for too long it gets cold. I had 2 orders today and your company mixed them up. One order was suppose to go to my nephews with a cute message and different cookies but was delivered to my house instead . my order was delivered that had different cookies and no message at all to my nephews house. my cookies I received were hard edges and one wasn’t even a circle I am very irritated
