Today I just had coffee with mom and left nothing to complicated but the place was clean people were friendly and the coffee was hot so everything was as good as can be expected the place wasn't too busy just us and 1other table so if the manager would have come to our table and ask us how everything was and maybe offer us a free refill on the coffee I'd have given them 5 stars
