Just went through the drive through here and ordered $27 worth of food and some of the order wasn’t in it. This company as a whole in every area sucks. Fast food. Fast working. Horrible customer service to follow. This company is constantly stealing from people as their employees don’t give people what they order,
Ok I'm no going to lie and say I'm a big fan of Jack in the box... because I'm really not lol. But this is def the worst Jack in Sac, without a reasonable doubt. I don't know why Arden has some of the either best or worst places, but it does. I've been here multiple times and the food is mediocre, the store gets torn up periodically, service is eh, but they're not slow with the food. At least their tacos are as greasy as I remember

I had never visited this JIB. My friend wanted to get the 2 tacos for a buck. The food was very good! Everything was fresh and piping hot. Plus you can't beat the price of Jack in the box food. I don't understand why the other fast food restaurants have gone sky high yet Jack in the box still offers reasonably priced items on their menu. So if you're in the area stop on by!
