I've always been a big fan of Jack's, but since the change in their format (no longer a build as the line goes) the quality has gone down hill. Today I ordered a build your own salad to go. The balsamic dressing is like pudding it's so thick, And it cost me almost $25 for a green salad with chicken and avacado and a piece of cheese bread. This is way overpriced for what you get. I really like this place! Great atmosphere, very healthy options... the only flaw is the sandwiches with burger bun-shaped bread... many better options imo... good fries. Staff is positive and efficient.Vegetarian options: I'm a vegan, so I really appreciate the hearty salads... most restaurants are stingy with vegetables, but this place is generous and has creative combinations.

This was my first visit here with a coworker who has been telling me i need to come here. Great, laid-back atmosphere. Friendly, efficient service. The employees were very accommodating and friendly. The food was prepared as ordered. The Urban Fries were DELICIOUS! Hot and crispy with just the right amount of toppings so that you got some with each bite but not enough to make the fries soggy. Generous portions of salad and the ingredients were all fresh. I'll definitely be back!
