The food tastes very good. I love the build your own salad. Their roasted mushrooms just make the salad better than making one at home. Service is pretty good. And the dine in areas are clean. They have partitions so you feel a sense of privacy. However, there is ALWAYS something wrong with the orders. I go there very often for the salad. But literally every single time, something is not right. A few times I ordered chicken with my salad and got turkey. Sometimes they have the wrong dressing. And sometimes they miss a topping or give a wrong one. I can't remember a time my order is 100% correct. Just make sure you check your order before you pick up and leave. And double check if you have allergies. But again, there is not much create you own salad place around and the food is pretty good so I do come back.

Food is decent but it doesn't come out in time to eat with your family. Literally each persons food comes out one at a time and it doesn't make sense. We have gotten food that is hot come before a salad or already made Mac n cheese. Each person eats their meal one at a time until the last person waits for theirs. You also can't eat food that you ordered together as a meal. You get the fries, then ten minutes later you get the sandwich. Until they can figure that out I'm not going back.

This is for a delivery. So I'm reviewing strictly for the food I ordered on DoorDash. I ordered Achiote chicken salad with no corn instead of Greek chicken salad because I like Jalapeño and I was curious about their Jalapeño vinaigrette. The salad has everything that was described on the menu I wish there was more chicken since I'm on high protein diet. I liked the spiced chickpea which gave some flavor to the salad without dressing because I was disappointed with the dressing, it was too sweet and it was totally different from what I expected so I only used a half of it. Another thing is they only have 3 choices for drinks which are coke, Diet Coke and sprite, this is California and it's 2024! Nobody drinks those traditional sodas that are bad for you... They should have Popi or Konbucha or something a bit healthier and hip for drinks since it has lots of healthy choices of food here, so I didn't order anything to drink from here.

I've been coming here for the last 7+ years, super disappointed in today's service. We were here just last month and had a good time. This time, not so much. The fries, chicken strips and Mac and cheese were cold. I picked up the Mac and cheese noodle with my hand and it was not even close to warm. I asked if it could be heated, the girl took the plate and came back, with the exact same one. I told her it was cold and asked if she could microwave it, she said there is nothing they can do and walked off shaking her head. She then goes to the counter and starts to talk about me to the other workers. I don't believe they are under new management but wow has the service and quality gone down. Shame, I loved this place.

This location has been going steadily downhill since the pandemic. We mostly order for pickup and the last 3 times something has been missing or incorrect. Tonight our order was ready almost 15 minutes early and already cold when I got there. I spoke to the person who handed me my bag and he completely shrugged it off.

The food here never fails , top quality, Always very fresh . I haven't been to the restaurant in over a year & this is my first time door dashing it and tastes as if I'm at the restaurant. I ordered the newest dish salad (flower child ) along with blue cheese urban fries . This food will last me like two days to eat very abundant.
I love all the old school rock concert posters on the walls. Pretty cool.

This was my first visit here with a coworker who has been telling me i need to come here. Great, laid-back atmosphere. Friendly, efficient service. The employees were very accommodating and friendly. The food was prepared as ordered. The Urban Fries were DELICIOUS! Hot and crispy with just the right amount of toppings so that you got some with each bite but not enough to make the fries soggy. Generous portions of salad and the ingredients were all fresh. I'll definitely be back!
