The food were decent. The whole family love the fries. The burgers, however, were a little dry. It was a bit overpriced, but what can you expect when you're in a tourist attraction location?The staff were friendly!I recommend visiting the zoo on a weekday. The wait/line is not too long.Vegetarian options: They have veggie burgers.
HAVE AGAIN: The bacon cheese burger was actually pretty good. And the fried chicken was very good and consisted of three large pieces. NOT HAVE AGAIN: Friends raved about the fries but they were unimpressive and not hot. Also, I ordered garlic parmesan fries with my burger but we could not tell which order had these and even the server was not sure. Service and wait was fine but not great, prices are very high, like 10 dollars for a coors light high. We got two icees, a water, a pretzel, and an ice cream sandwich for a total of around 40 dollars. The real problem though was the pretzel which was just simply bad- so dry, so hard, really just a chore to eat.
