Service and wait was fine but not great, prices are very high, like 10 dollars for a coors light high. We got two icees, a water, a pretzel, and an ice cream sandwich for a total of around 40 dollars. The real problem though was the pretzel which was just simply bad- so dry, so hard, really just a chore to eat. Everything else was fine but everything else was prepackaged / an icee, so it’s pretty hard to mess that up. Honestly just bring your own food in, you’ll be glad you did

A cafe without coffee should probably be called something else. But I'm no expert on the subject

This was $12 for a kids meal and the chicken didn’t taste good at all. My kids didn’t eat the chicken.

chicken tenders are HUGE but they taste off . like fishy but not fish and the texture isn't right . they are super juicy and break alart easily but have a weird rubber texture . maybe they were just fried while frozen. idk but the fact that im at a zoo I just had to spit it out. my mind went far left trying to figure out what animal it might be but it ain't chicken I've also. ever had anything fried that still had the skin intact . usually the skin is fried too. won't be eating here again .

All new menu 1/15/23. Delish, but still pricey!

The food were decent. The whole family love the fries. The burgers, however, were a little dry. It was a bit overpriced, but what can you expect when you're in a tourist attraction location? The staff were friendly!I recommend visiting the zoo on a weekday. The wait/line is not too long.Vegetarian options: They have veggie burgers.

Friendly staff but food is totally overpriced and not very good. Chicken sandwich was chewy, coffee not very warm, fries mediocre to ok. BYOF (bring your own food)

HAVE AGAIN: The bacon cheese burger was actually pretty good. And the fried chicken was very good and consisted of three large pieces. NOT HAVE AGAIN: Friends raved about the fries but they were unimpressive and not hot. Also, I ordered garlic parmesan fries with my burger but we could not tell which order had these and even the server was not sure. They should have just given me another order that they were sure were garlic parmesan fries, but did not. Very disappointing about the fries.

Small portions and pricey. Same bland menu. Better kid options. Adult options are hamburgers (vegan option) chicken strips (weekdays only), pizza, and ceasar salad. Go before or after you visit the zoo to eat.

The food here used to be great. Kids meal has changed, burger is bad now, kids wouldn't eat the pizza. Hard pass.

We waited over an hour with young kids waiting for our food.

High prices and not so good. Big change post pandemic.
