I came in today and it's been a while. I walk in the lady cooking and taking the orders is just constantly coughing. Mouth open but your in the food industry. This is unexceptable. We dont know when shes preparing food, shes not coughing on our food. Reminder when you cough that Saliva sprays. Just like any other company and especially during these sickness times. You need to wear a face covering. No one wants to get any type of illnesses, with whats been going on in the world lately. They need to fix there rules and regulations pertaining to this matter. I just picked up two pizzas; our thin crust came with mold. Check your pizza's before eating it. I wish I had done it with mine before biting into it.

Order number 5028496. Pizza was good but customer service super bad. Lady was on her phone at all times and did not make eye contact. I'm like sorry for bothering you lady. Bad experience...I ordered 2 boxes of pretzels crust...its around like $15...but when I did check the reciept, I noticed its different order she placed that cost $11 bread stick...I get her attention and told her I didnt order this one but 2 boxes of pretzels crust...she said OK lets do another order for pretzels and I will credit your money back in 3 days...ive waited for like 3 days ...and 3 more days n more days till a month and no money was credited to my account...worst is that it didnt happen once but twice in different occasions. I like pretzels though but the lady who took my order is not that honest.

Ordered online and came in a few minutes after I'd place the order. Turned out they'd lost my pizza but gave me a refund and baked a fresh pie for me. While the new pie was baking they'd found the old one and gave me it free of charge and a free side. Best customer service I've ever received from a Little Caesar's hands down.

The worst Little Caesars location! I ordered a thin crust pizza with crazy bread and both were hard with burnt dough. I called the store and was told to pick up another pizza without any type of recognition for their crappy food. Granted, I'm not expecting amazing pizza but the least they can do is make one that's edible.
