I got left at the window for over 15 minutes while they forgot about me and I had to knock on the window until another customer behind me said something. They put a pie in my bag as if that made up for the massive waste of time. Next time, refund the person that you hang out to dry.Edit: I don't like pie and the food was cold when I got home.

Me and my wife had a long day today, as we came from a long drive so we came to this McDonald’s location on elkhorn. We had asked one of the employees (her name is Jaimoni) if we can use the restroom and she was very friendly and nice and had opened the door for my wife and said ladies always first. Before we were about to leave, she asked did you guys want to order something? It caught our attention cause after the restroom we were gonna leave but her great hospitality kept us to have lunch here. The staff is friendly, very accommodating and kept themselves super busy, working hard. Great people like that who have the job down deserves far more than any raise. Jaimoni, Thank you for the amazing service and hospitality. we hope to see you again soon

Food burnt(English muffin) but otherwise okay, my issue was with customer service! Not busy but no one at front counter and manager? Yells at staff (from behind me somewhere) "thats why I need you to stay in front" , then after eating I went to use restroom with my children then took at least 15 "excuse mes, can I get some here" until I clearly raised my voice enough that folks in the parking lot could hear me...no McDonald's customer service is not yourr Forte!Edited to add..... there was an employee filling drive through orders that as soon as I would call out asking for assistance she would turn avoid eye contact and step away, RUDE

I am a creature of habit and buy my lunch here every weekday. The people I've dealt with thus far are very friendly (especially Cathy at the drive-thru delivery window -- she's awesome -- and Javier overall). My only complaint would be that their shake machine is CONSTANTLY down. Seems to happen almost weekly. If it's not broken, it's down because the "night crew didn't clean it." This happens consistently and it can be quite frustrating since I love my McDonald's shakes. If they have such issues with the night crew / closers, you would think management would've done something about it long ago. When I worked at McDonalds many decades ago, people would've been terminated over behavior like that. Just think of the revenue they lose out on due to this issue.
