I love pieology! Moving to the west coast this was a new place for me! It's like the chipotle of pizza! The staff at the midtown location have always been very friendly and fast. Stopped in to get a pizza for dinner. I got a thin crust pizza with spinach, black olives, mushrooms, oregno and pepperoni. It was so good! Of course I had to get a side of ranch. I also got the Reece's cookie which is melt in your mouth and delicious. They have a variety of alcohol drinks and sodas. Bottled and soda machine. If you download the app you can order ahead and even start ordering free pies! Yum!!!!

I paid $24 total on Door Dash. The service was fast & good. This is what I got from them. Horribly disappointing!!lacking in toppings & sauce... it doesn't taste terrible which why it's 2 stars instead of 1

The young woman working the front are so kind and welcoming. I only come to this location because they make me feel appreciated and cared for when I’m literally just picking up a pizza. So many restaurants in midtown get lazy with pickup orders and skimp, but never here. We always make a night a month to come to this Pieology:)

Visited on a busy Friday night and was immediately greeted by a friendly welcome in. We had a group of 5, most of us gluten free, and the staff took great care in ensuring our food was handled properly. The pizzas were amazing, but the service is what really shines for us. Someone who I can only assume to be a manager walked up to our group, apologizing that one of the pizzas had pesto added to it by mistake. My partner didn't mind at all and actually enjoyed the pesto on his pizza. But to make up for the mistake, he later returned with a dessert pizza on the house, made gluten free so everyone in our group could enjoy. Thank you all so much, we'll be back! ?Dietary restrictions: We were happy to see gluten free options - they offer both gluten free flour crust and cauliflower crust for additional charge.

Its always a good place to eat, good food, great atmosphere. Want to give it all fives but while most of the staff was friendly a couple of them were either rude or straight up just wanted you out of their face. Now I admit it was like a holiday weekend and they closed in like 2 hours so I understand the frustration completely. But don't take it out on people by like snipping at them or rushing them. I get your trying to help alot of people but I asked for chicken and because I didn't know the options by heart I was treated like I basically killed someone. Still great place to eat most of the time really friendly, great atmosphere and price. I think I caught them on a bad day is all. Will update next time

I think pieology changed their dough recipe :( I was a huge fan of the previous. This new recipe is okayyy. Friendly service and clean! Fun atmosphere. Beer isn't too cold but they are priced fairly at $6 for a can.

Had a nice dinner before heading over to the Music Circus. All the staff were very nice and pleasant. One young man, obviously new on the job, was very conscientious in making sure my pizza toppings were sufficient. Then later he was cleaning tables while it was slow. Was a nice experience and will go again when we attend the Broadway series at the Safe Credit Union theater. ?
