The friendliest staff for delicious food at a really great price. Like, not just “great for Midtown” prices, just affordable, tasty food in general. The pizza is always great but they frequently have other menu items like fun sandwiches. The drink selection is great too and I’m always able to try something new.
PSB is the last and final word with respect to pizza in Sac Towne! The two day fermented sourdough crust is unctuously chewy. A little like a sour version of a really good New Haven style crust.We ordered a large Greek pizza (sun dried tomatoes, kalamata olives, onions, tomato sauce, cheese), and it was both gigantic and delicious....
